2021 update star wars sequel trilogy failed, sequel merchandise failed, star wars fans vs Disney. Nothing good happened with kk at the helm. Thank god she had no influence on the plot of mandalorian

@@Whyyoulooking45 Thank you. They spent so much time creating some type of expectation for the storyline in their heads that they didn’t know what to do when it didn’t match up. Yes, there were some details in 7 that were definitely similar to 4, but I thought it was refreshing enough for me to enjoy. Plus, the first act of that movie is stellar imo. The pacing. The introduction of the new characters. The reintroduction of Han and Chewy. The flying chase scene on Jakku was well done, too. Idk. I loved it.

Its all of the 80s babies and 70's babies that grew up on star wars i was born in 85 so they were showing the movies off of USA network. I would be freaking glued to the tv screen when i was 4 til now. Thats why i kind of smiled when i seen this clip its pretty much episode 7 but know they changed the story up .

There was a lot of hurt about in 2015 with the pain from the prequels and this trailer was like a soothing kiss. Still love The Force Awakens, it got mostly everything right and still enjoy watching it. All the potential was lost with the steaming turd that was The Last Jedi and that killed the trilogy stone dead, and not even JJ could bring it back. Such a shame.

When I saw the Falcon I teared up a bit. Being an older fan and having the realization that I would get to share such a massive piece of my childhood with my own children kinda got to me for a second. I hope this movie is great and can stand alongside the original trilogy as something special for this generation.

I love how you can sync up all these videos with their reaction to John Boyega's sudden appearance. I have to admit, I did it too. I was like "Did I just shit myself at the sight of a black man?! Oh no!"

I think that's more of an American reaction than a European one in terms of feeling guilt? At least, based on the difference between American and British comments that I've seen with regards to that scene. Syncing up videos is a pain but the end result is usually worth it :)

Blake Dale Americans are just obsessed with race and racism. This includes thinking racism is more prevalent than it is. Most people just don't give a shit..... but we focus too much on the small percentage of assholes who whine. It makes for bullshit journalism. I'm American. I live in NYC... and I don't care if the lead characters are played by black people. If the story is great, and the acting is great, and the editing is great, and the soundtrack is great, and the visuals are great.... freaking great! I just don't give a shit about what color the epidermis of the actors is. Luke wasn't white, Han wasn't white, Lando wasn't black. Luke was the protagonist who was on the hero's quest, Han was a mercenary who learned to become part of a larger whole, and Lando was a pragmatist who fixed the fallout of a decision he was pressed into making. Color in no way played a part of that storyline.... thankfully. For the record, I haven't met a single person that even commented about the lead being black. They all love the trailer. Period.

Oh dear. I'm sorry I mentioned it. I know racism is a serious subject, and it's worth discussing it's effect on society, even a place for talking about how racism effects Star Wars, but the comments section of this video isn't it.

This pretty dope the way this was put together. Loud and rackety but it was still cool. Like how so many people jumped near the begining

The jump near the beginning and then when some of them put their hands in the air when they see the Millennium Falcon are beautiful to me.
