I like how Anakin used Qui-Gon's lightsaber instead of the one given to him by Sidious. Even as a Sith, he still has a soft spot for Qui-Gon in his heart. While he did bleed the crystal in his lightsaber, it's like he's getting revenge for Qui-Gon, too (although Qui-Gon probably wouldn't approve). It was still his true Master's weapon and Sidious was surprised when he had it.
This whole idea of bleeding saber crystals is so stupid. The legends way made more sense. The Sith had no access to Illum or Tython to get kyber crystals so they created synthetic blood red lightsabers.

@@ReveredDead I preferred the bleeding since it made turning something natural into something unnatural. Consider it a test for the Sith to kill a jedi without a lightsaber to get their crystal, unless they already owned a saber.
I love when true fans make content like this, the attention the detail to getting even the smallest details in the vid are amazing and the the added “what-if” stories are so cool.
Yes it is I agree with you 👍🏻👍🏻 This is like alternate future what if Darth Maul defeat both Obi-Wan Kenobi and Qui-Gon Jinn and the death of Queen herself and Darth Sidious take Anakin Skywalker as his new Apprentice replace with Darth Maul.
I like how you didn't just replace the default canon levels for this alternative timeline, but instead included many original details that make it feel like a true story and not just a mod option. Congrulations!

That was just stupid, really. I know the cheats are easy to access and use (I'm not innocent in cheating in this game back then), but... Ugh, so disappointing.
I expected everything, but the fact that Ahsoka comes at the end as a student of Anakin it surprised me!!! this deserves a thumbs up!!!! I hope there's a movie out there someday!
Asajj Ventress wasn't his apprentice. He made sure she always knew that she was not Sith. She was an Acolyte at best and a Separatist Commander under Dooku, of which there were 4 total. Until he betrayed her and tried to have her k*lled twice which made her fake her de*th and escape the war.
Sith Emperor Vader would’ve been a God. Lucas said himself that had he just taken his time and dispatched Kenobi on Mustafar instead of getting frustrated/flustered, he THEN would’ve went and killed Sidious afterward…. Where do you think the game adaption got that idea from for the “alternate darkside ending” ? Lucas told them to do it in that way. He had deep input on EVERY ROTS project or adaption. He wanted to make sure everything lined up cuz this was the first time the story was fully told, actually came full circle.. 2005 was like the all time best year for Star Wars; ROTS, OG battlefront 2, the clone wars comics that lead into the film, part 2 of the clone wars microseries; just everything that came out that year was awesome.

Anakin was long gone with the spaceship and Padme arrested separatists at the palace: 6:15. So droids would still shutdown and Padme would most likely be still alive but it was fun to watch.
true, dooku is still alive, which means they could have done a ep2 padme death, you would only need to include jango and geonosis, still really good :)
Although this is a 17 years-old game and you can't do much about it on animations, in my mind everything played out as cinematic and "big budget" as it could.

Pretty cool what if especially knowing that darth maul was originally suppose to defeat sidious and become that true and main villain in star wars in the original plot line
If there were any similarities between this and Star Wars Theory's video, it was purely a coincidence since I never watched that video while making this (also Maul doesn't train Anakin in this anyway xD)
The last I remember of KOTF was being very excited, but the guy behind it postponing it forever and then entering the military service... and there's where I called it quits.

This is a mod worth playing and I also love the alternate story!!!! Aint got a pc right now but this will be the first thing Ill play on one!!!!! Five out of five, this is A mod!!!
