The full story showcasing all cutscenes and important dialogue. I can't show all the dialogue because majority of them happen during gameplay, so this is a condensed version. If you want to hear all the dialogue with gameplay, I'll have a full walkthrough up when its ready. Enjoy!
Yeah, I’ve been looking for the same. Most gamers have so much fun with the customization that it’s distracting, and the subtitles can be annoying too. Thanks Rubhen925! 😃👍
Can you blame Cal for giving into that darkness? He hadn’t completed his training to Knighthood, watched as his own troops fired at him and killed Jaro Tapal, and had to live with that trauma and cut himself off from the Force to survive. Trauma when it affects you at a young age can send you down a dark path if that well of emotions is left unresolved.
This pain I did not want to feel better. I thought if I let go of the pain I would be letting go of the people I love. This pain is yours it is part of you. But it doesn't have to define you and you must not let it consume you.
*Prologue:* 00:00: We are given a recap of the events of Jedi: Fallen Order. 2:24: The story begins on Coruscant, Cal Kestis is held hostage by "bounty hunters". They intend to hand him over to the local senator Daho Sejan in exchange for a reward. 7:12: Daho Sejan is introduced to Cal Kestis, but unbeknownst to him, Cal premeditated this event as an ambush on the senator. His captors are revealed to be members of his crew, and take the senator hostage to recover military data from him. 10:54: We're introduced to Bode Akuna, an ally of Cal and part of his crew. 18:07: Cal's crew is ambushed by the Empire, and we're reintroduced to the Ninth Sister, and her crew quickly kills off almost all of Cal's team and Senator Sejan. 21:22: Cal's rematch with the Ninth Sister ends in victory. 25:53: Cal boards the Stinger Mantis to escape Coruscant, while Bode Akuna boards his Z-95 Headhunter. 28:24: After Bode and Cal separate, The Stinger Mantis is damaged, but Cal escapes the Coruscant underbelly and makes his way out.
*Chapter 1: Reunion and Reconstruction* 29:03: Cal reminisces on the time spent with Nightsister Merrin, Greez Dritus, and Cere Junda, and charts out a course for Koboh, to see Greez again and repair the damaged Stinger Mantis without any persecution from the Empire. 33:07: The Stinger Mantis crash lands into Koboh, resulting in Cal making the journey on foot to Greez. 35:23: Along the way, Cal comes across a massive Trontoshell, which BD-1 quickly scans, almost damaging himself in the process. 39:13: Cal finally finds Pyloon's Saloon, the bar that Greez opened up on Koboh, and meets the Bedlam Raiders, local thugs led by a Gen'Dai warrior named Rayvis. he quickly dispatches one of his men but Rayvis withdraws in peace, stating that's he'll be seeing him around. 43:31: In Pyloon's Saloon, Cal is reunited with Greez and is shown around the place. Cal and Greez catch up, and Cal attempts to recruit Greez to fly the Stinger Mantis, but Greez is hesitant. He would much rather Cal lay low, and spend time with him on Koboh. 47:23: Cal retires to the bedroom that Greez laid aside for him, and talks to Greez about his place in the galaxy. They get to fixing the Mantis, and Greez opens up a smuggler's tunnel for him to scavenge for parts. 50:52: Cal finds an essential component for the Mantis, but BD-1 falls into a hole leading to a larger cave network. They find a High Republic era meditation chamber, with a droid inside. They free the droid ZN-A4, otherwise known as "Zee". We learn of the Koboh Abyss, a phenomenon that leads to an uncharted planet known as Tanalorr. Zee was given an important task pertaining to it, but her memory was wiped prior to being trapped in the chamber. 58:03: Cal returns to Pyloon's and reunites with Bode Akuna, who survived the dogfight on Coruscant. Bode and Greez set out to repair the Mantis while Cal continues Zee's task: opening a mysterious "forest array". He is given a tuner key to access the High Republic technology scattered about.
*Chapter 2: The Jedi* 1:01:36: Cal comes across an explorer named Toa, who gives him some intel on the forest array. She heads back to Pyloon's, and Cal treks forward 1:02:25: BD-1 is snatched up by a Relter, and Cal finds peace with it, rather than a fight. He tames the creature and uses it to traverse the rocky terrain. 1:03:45: Cal enters the array, and finds a Jedi in stasis. He learns his story through psychometry. Dagan Gera was a Jedi of the High Republic obsessed with Tanalorr, his finding. The Jedi Order abandoned Tanalorr, leaving Dagan upset and irrational. He lashed out, before being disarmed by his friend Santari Khri. She placed him in this stasis chamber to prevent any further punishment. 1:08:32: Dagan Gera pleads with Cal to release him, and he obliges. Once freed, Cal asks him to join his fight against the Empire, but Gera doesn't pay him any attention. Bleeding his Kyber crystal, he laments on the Jedi Order's failure to protect Tanalorr, and him and Cal fight before he escapes with Rayvis, his longtime ally. They intend to return to Tanalorr, to quell Gera's obsession.
*Chapter 3: The Hidden Path* 1:14:27: Cal returned to the newly repaired Stinger Mantis, and sees a newly repaired Zee as well. She instructs him to persevere, before he boards the ship with Greez and Bode. They discuss Tanalorr and the Koboh Abyss, declaring that they should seek out Tanalorr for themselves, to escape the Empire. Together, Bode and Cal are able to recruit Greez to pilot the Mantis and they decide to meet with Cere Junda to gain knowledge on Tanalorr. 1:18:12: Cal makes contact with The Hidden Path, the group that Cere has associated herself with. He is informed that a storm is preventing them from being able to land properly, and will have to journey through the deserts of Jedha to meet with them. Cere has supposedly sent a guide out to Cal, but he is hesitant to trust this mysterious guide. 1:19:21: The Mantis lands on Jedha, and Cal disembarks. Greez and Bode stay behind, and Cal sets out to find Cere. 1:19:59: Cal is attacked by the Empire, but his guide reveals herself to him and dispatches the soldiers. His longtime friend Nightsister Merrin is actually in league with The Hidden Path, and is now at his side to help. 1:21:26: Merrin's speeder is destroyed, so they must again journey to Cere on foot. They tame a native creature known as a Spamel, and make their way across the sands, battling a sandstorm and the Empire in the process. 1:23:33: Cal and Merrin decide to make camp for the night, after their journey was cut short. They discuss their lives apart from each other, and catch each other up. They both acknowledge their disdain in spending time apart, but acknowledge that it was necessary to grow and find themselves. 1:27:29: Cal and Merrin finally make it to The Hidden Path's base, and Cal is introduced to BD-1's original master and Cal's guide in the past, Jedi Master Eno Cordova. 1:28:43: Cal reunites with Cere Junda, who is rebuilding the Jedi Archives and preserving its legacy. Cere is introduced to Bode Akuna, and the entire Mantis crew is reunited. Master Cordova provides insight to Dagan Gera, and instructs them to travel to Koboh's shattered moon to inspect a lab there. 1:33:45: As Cal prepares to head to the shattered moon, Bode Akuna gifts him with a blaster as protection against whatever the moon may have on it.
*Chapter 4: The Assault* 1:35:56: The Mantis lands on the shattered moon, and begins to explore. He learns that the laboratory has been attacked by the Bedlam Raiders, leaving the droids there in a panic. 1:37:00: Cal comes across a raider wielding a crossguard lightsaber, and after defeating him, upgrades his lightsaber to the same style. 1:38:08. Cal returns to Koboh, and talks to the locals in the village, before being ambushed by a Haxion Brood bounty hunter. He's recruited by a bounty hunter named Caij Vanda, who recruits him into hunting down other Haxion Brood members. 1:48:10: Cal comes across a compass to the Koboh Abyss, albeit damaged. He learns more of Dagan Gera's fate and obsession with Tanalorr. 1:49:01: Cal returns to Jedha, and gives Master Cordova the damaged compass. An Imperial excavation team threatens a splintered group of The Hidden Path, led by Brother Armias and Cal and Merrin travel there to assist in the evacuations. 1:51:23: Cal comes across a gardener, named Pili, who he invites to Pyloon's. She becomes the local gardener, helping Cal plant a terrarium on the rooftop of the saloon. 1:52:14: Cal is swept up in the wind currents of the temple, crashing into a side room. He calls back on a memory of Cere, and learns to push through the winds. He is able to make his way through to the temple. 1:54:05: Cal makes it to Brother Armias, but he is killed by a Trident Class Assault Ship, which then tears through the building. 1:55:07: Cal and Merrin are cornered in by the Trident, but Merrin opens a magicked portal to escape. She asks Cal if he trusts her, which he confirms. Together, they escape, and then eventually destroy the ship. They return to The Hidden Path archive, where Cal meets Sister Taske, who requests he bring her ancient scrolls in exchange for varied goods. 1:57:47: Cal, Master Cordova, and Cere talk at different points, and discover that the compass leads directly to a Jedi Temple on Tanalorr. Merrin decides to accompany Cal on his journey, while Cere and Master Cordova stay behind on Jedha to help The Hidden Path recoup.
*Chapter 5: The Rescue* 2:02:31: Upon arrival to Koboh, Cal learns that Zee has been kidnapped by the Bedlam Raiders. Cal and Bode break off to rescue her, trapped in a decommissioned Lucrehulk battleship. 2:05:52: Cal and Bode are separated on the Lucrehulk, but Cal makes his way to Zee. He's ambushed by Rayvis, but escapes after he loses the tuner key to him. Rayvis tries to warn Dagan that Cal is becoming a threat, but he is blinded by his victory and makes no note of it. He sends Rayvis to the shattered moon, in search of another compass of Santari Khri's. Rayvis announces that he will no longer serve Dagan after this, and wishes to travel to Tanalorr. 2:11:41: Cal finds and frees Zee, but is confronted by Dagan Gera. They duel, resulting in Cal reclaiming his tuner key, and a victory won by Cal and Bode's teamwork. However, Dagan escapes again. They leave the Lucrehulk in an escape pod, and make their way back to Pyloon's. 2:17:16: Cal and the crew return to the shattered moon, where he Rayvis. After a grueling fight, Cal emerges victorious. Rayvis tells Cal that what he needs is in an observatory on Koboh. Granting Rayvis his wish for a warrior's death, he leaves the moon.
Thank you so much for making this movie so I can watch it all whenever. Even though I love Cal and think this series is one of the most well written Star Wars stories ever, I really suck at the games themselves. I basically can’t beat them on any difficulty level higher than Story Mode.
Cool2see Cere bring Vader such harm after the way he Dismissed her last time. And even better writing that she didn't win a fight with him. A death befitting a true Jedi
Bode wasn't a villain, he wasn't a monster, he was a father, he was a dad, he has a responsibility to do everything in his power to keep his child safe. When it comes to a child, your own child, all rationale goes out the door, it's completely messed up, but that's the responsibility of a father.
He was a monster, Cal was right. Some people think that if they love their children it automatically absolves them of any atrocity they commit. Trying to save his daughter he became an abuser to her. It's dreadful what would happen to her alone with him on that planet
But Bode used fatherhood to allow him to do whatever he deemed necessary to protect Kata, which is the epitome of selfishness. Vader did practically the same thing with Padme, and his selfishness enslaved the galaxy. Neither truly cared about their loved one’s benefit-they just wanted to ensure their own personal happiness, no matter the cost. Happiness is wonderful. But if you do wrong to constantly have it, that pursuit is evil, and can have disastrous consequences for the people around you. True joy, which does not have to be tied to our circumstances, is found in loving our Creator and serving others. Bode (and Vader) missed that.
Itls the beginning movie a result of having the previous game save file? Cuz that was KOOL AF! (kinda like a "if you didn't play it" or "previously on jedi fallen order" type of thing)
Bode is a fuckin UNIT his voice actor is Charles Smith from Rdr 2 his angry screams are scary and animalistic he wield his blade like ashoka and starkiller and he uses a blaster at the same time not to mention how switfly he moves around this man is a UNIT and when he starts beating cal on the ground his blood curdling screams of rage are intimidating this man was so close to the dark side it wasnt even funny
2:23:39 is it just me or is Rayvis voiced by Peniltan Ward from Adventure time when he screams "FOR 2 HUNDRED YEARS!" he sounds just like abe lincoln from adventure time
Except Cal isn't just killing Denvik. He is slowly choking him to death, killing him slow and painfully to make him suffer the most for what he did. That is the main difference. And that he was neutralized, no longer a threat.
It's because that's the class of ship it belongs to. It's like the Enterprise from Star Trek The Next Generation. The primary hull can detach from the rest of the ship, but it's still a Galaxy-class ship. Same with the Lucrehulk. 😎👍
It’s quite unfortunate this game’s story was a bait and switch with its main villain Dagan Gera is honestly a whole lot more interesting than Bode a Jedi from the High Republic waking up 200 years later into the Imperial Era and the Jedi Order gone and he’s unaware of all this and turns to the dark side because he was betrayed only to find out everything he’s ever known has been gone for centuries and he now wants to fight against the Galactic Empire but on his own terms that’s pure villainy Bode is just another Order 66 survivor basically doing the same thing almost every survivor is doing
Maybe that's what he WANTED you to think. 😉 After all, if Obi-Wan Kenobi and Yoda were able to successfully hide from the Empire, then why not Cordova? 😎👍
2:59:15 i was playing this on 0.25x slow speed to get a shot to use as a home screen and that sounds incredibly bad outta context a few seconds or so after 2:59:15 on 0.25x slow speed 🤣 the actual scene however is incredibly emotional and thats why im taking a screenshot of it as a home screen🥲
can't win with anything i post really. I post cutscenes video with subs and people complain that it's distracting. I try without and people complain i don't put them on. I mean i guess I can't win em all.
@@Rubhen925 it’s alright. Subtitles can be helpful, but other times I’d rather just watch it like a movie. Everyone else has subtitles in their play throughs, so this was gold! Thanks so much! 😄
These stories about light and dark are getting kind of repetitive. Kind of glad I didn’t buy the game. Life is more complicated than light and dark, and being good or evil shouldn’t revolve around being one or the other especially in these stories. I felt nothing for bode, and I don’t care about his daughter either. He’s a traitor, I don’t care what his reasons are.
41:11 i want that Cal's saber sound always like this in the next game like Anakin's 1:11:06 also dagan saber sounds different from the actual gameplay 1:37:43 the crossguard sounds better here 2:08:36 even in this flashback 2:23:04 also all the cutscenes here vs Rayvis 3:13:47 and last this is my favourite part of the game! Thanks if you pass by this comment
