Fr, careful with ign and gamespot reviews, they have spoilers. Not even big gaming companies such as these take care with spoilers. God bless Sammy lol.
Just want to make sure that NONE of you click on Gamespot's review as you are getting 100 spoilers within 3 minutes. Absolutely outrages and idiotic. Stick to solid channels like these!
The game is good, but I'm stuck playing it in 30 fps. That's not good. If I wasn't a boomer who grew up with -30fps I'd probably wait until it's patched to buy it.
Looking forward to this. Now that we have a great trilogy (in the works) of a Jedi I'd like to get a 3rd person shooter in the OT timeline. I'd definitely be ok with a Shadows of the Empire remake. That game was soooo good and gave me every bit of SW vibes without any force users.
@@prototype8137 that game had so much to offer for its time. Space combat with The Outrider (YT-2400 light freighter), speeder bikes on tattooine as well as fighting the dianoga underwater which actually freaked me out as a kid back in the day. They can EASILY remake that to modern game mechanics, movie like cutscenes, etc.
@Prototype 81 nah, shadows of the empire was heavily hindered by the tech at the time, if anything would benefit from a remake it's that game for sure.

Thank you for making this video spoiler free I really appreciate it and I really do not want to know who the final boss is and I don’t know if I can wait two more days for this I am just so excited but I do have a theory of who you’re gonna fight at the end of the game but I’m not gonna say anything and please no one tell me any spoilers and thank you all and God bless
Best review posted so far! Watched one from a well known channel in gaming and got spoiled a certain boss fight that would’ve definitely been a surprise 🙃 Loved your thoughts though and glad the game sounds like it lived up to the hype
Sorry to hear that! You can rest assure, no spoilers from me on this channel and whenever I do touch on spoilery stuff, there'll be a warning beforehand!
It was literally hinted in the trailers and gameplay trailers that you would fight this certain boss fight and that he would serve as the main villain lol
Think I know what your talking about. In their defence I saw a breakdown of a trailer that showed a reflection of that character in the opening mission. But still I agree I was annoyed by the reviewer showing that!!!!
Interesting to hear you think it’s better than Force Unleashed and KOTOR. I’m not sure it would beat KOTOR for me personally since I put a lot of value in the replay-ability of a game, but I’m sure it’ll definitely be Top 5 maybe even Top 3 Star Wars games for me
Is there a Jedi cape and for example Luke’s complete outfit of last Jedi and from episode 6 and Is there customization to change to all the outfits of the Jedi in for example revenge of the Sith
The performance is not just about frame rates. Since the game features dynamic resolution, it almost never really hits 1440p on performance mode. Sometimes the resolution dips so much it looks like u playing on 360p. This all just so they could shove their RT down our throats, even in performance mode, since u can't turn it off. They sacrificed both fps and resolution just to keep RT on
Yep. Nothing more dreadful than replaying a game like the Witcher 3. Don't get me wrong it's amazing, but having to sit through 20 hours just for the story to start picking up and get interesting is not very fun
I've clicked on so many videos about this game but I don't even watch i just come to the comments because I don't want to spoil myself on any images lol.
Don't worry man, this channel is gonna be completely spoiler free for the first few weeks and I'll always give fair warning when I do talk about spoilers!
My biggest question is: In JFO I remapped my left and right triggers to be block and attack respectively, will I be able to do that in Survivor as well ?
totally agree that this will be the best Star Wars game of all time and i have played them all the Duel Stance and Dismemberment are Amazing, Hyped for a Ahsoka Mod and no HUD Mod in the future.
I was sceptical to watch this, but did as spoiler free. Happy to say this was great and thanks for not saying too much, especially with planets I just had it playing and listened rather than watched on screen, too, as didn't want to see gameplay 👍🏻
Don't, their are performance issues and a clear lack of optimization. Unless you like slideshows then avoid until they fix it. Don't be part of the problem that enabled publishers to launch games in severely broken states.
Most tough enemies block force powers on the difficulty I'm on - it's really only useful on low difficulty or against grunts like Stormtroopers or Battle Droids 👍
@@SS-yr3ij I'd say it's about equal to JFO in terms of difficulty, but yeah definitely more variety of attacks and combos from enemies which in itself could make it a tad harder!
Ok, I've been wondering. Let's say I invest a bunch in Dual Blades, but later decide it was a mistake - is there any respec options given how many skill trees have been added?
@@MeldinX2 yeah but I’m doing a complete Star Wars timeline to watch the movies, TV shows and Fallen order + Survivor and so close to finishing it and I just got a bit impatient
I cried when Merrin said "Sorry Cal, I'm a 'Greezy Honey' now." I didn't think this was the relationship that the tie-in novel was hinting at all along.
So let me get this straight… 102 gigs to download cool. But now a say one patch? That’s probably going to be a couple gigs? What’s the fucking point of even trying to play it on the 1st day??? God forbid you don’t have $200 internet.
bro they're literally making it more accessible to play and you're complaining. don't play if you have that big of a problem with a company treating their customers right...
We don't know how big the day one patchs is going to be. Most bigger titles do have a day one patch. So it's not suprising. A couple of GB is nothing in todays world. Even though it might take some time if you have a stone-age internet. Atleast they let you pre-download the biggest part. It was 148GB on PS5 i downloaded. Imagine not having a pre-load whatsoever as some titles don't.
@@MeldinX2 it would be nice for the non teenagers who can’t just play video games all day to actually be able to play on launch day instead of having to download a patch. If company’s released completed games it wouldn’t be a problem. But people like window washer 👆 are happy with unfinished games being released which now all companies do because everyone is apparently ok with it.
@@davidbush6674 I'm a working adult with little time. Pre-loading is not an issue. Nor is downloading 2-3gb worth of a patch. It take like 5-10 minutes at max. If you have a very slow internet that take hours for 2-3gb i wonder if you even had time to pre-load in two days if the game is 148gb? This said is the patch 40gb big then yes a agree that is BS.
