“What I remember about the Rise of the Empire was……how quiet it was. During the waning hours of the Clone Wars, the 501st was discreetly transferred back to Coruscant.” “It was a silent trip….” “We all knew what was about to happen. What we were about to do. Did we have any doubts? Any private, traitorous thoughts? Perhaps, but no-one said a word.” “Not on the flight to Coruscant, not when Order 66 came down, and not when we marched into the Jedi Temple.” “Not a word.”
"With the fall of Coruscant and the illumination of the treacherous Jedi, Palpatine's rise to power was complete. In reconition to our service and loyalty to the Emperor, the 501st were placed under the direct command of Lord Vader. Armed with deadly new weapons, blazing new ships and shiny armor, our presence let the galaxy know that the days of the Old Republic were well and truly over. We were establishing a new era... An era of order and peace."
@@joeblogs8049 That retcon is so disappointing. They had a really good warning, an echo of how terrible regimes have had powerful armies of men throughout history who ascribed to 'Good soldiers follow orders.' as a mindset. Only to throw it away to 'excuse' what needed no excuse because it wasn't supposed to be a good thing in the first place.
Best way is engineer to repair the library. If it's destroyed you can't do nothing but if you are high ranked in career (can make soldiers to follow you with F2 I think) and just try to hold one or two bookcases, it's quite easy. Even in Elite. Until I learned this, I tryed Knightfall like 20 times haha but made it before Republic Commando... a long time ago...
I saw revenge of the siths for the first time at 7/8 years old and damn this soundtracks still give me goosebumps, I've always find ROTS and Rogue One, both are the best and saddest Star Wars movies
Whenever I listen to this song, the last battles of the clone wars in full action come to mind, the battle of Kashyyyk, the battle of utapau, and the occasional clone wars series.
There is no peace. Peace is a lie. There is only PASSION. Through passion I gain STRENGTH. Through strength I gain POWER. Through power I gain VICTORY. Through victory...my chains are broken. The Force shall set me free.
Whenever I watch the Clone Wars Show, Revenge of the Sith or the Original Trilogy I find myself bargaining in a hopeless attempt to change Anakin's fall to the dark side and his ascent to Darth Vader. Not to mention hoping the clones do not execute order 66. But every time I listen to the Jedi Temple Match and see Anakin lead the 501st into the Jedi Temple I cannot help but think... this is too awesome to change!
Not gonna lie, the AI likes throwing those at me alongside Dreadnoughts and Aclimators... The CIS has some good Late War ships but good GOD is Early and Mid War just an absolute PAIN on the space front. Especially when the AI loves to throw fleet after fleet at Hypori every few minutes, thankfully Hypervelocity Guns and Defense Stations are a good counter to THAT particular strategy. Oh and the Free Providence from the Station, that certainly helps.
Such an amazing soundtrack, very moving and also perfect for marching. Long live to the Empire!!!! May the Dark Side of the Force be with you. #ExecuteOrder66
"And for the first time in Pak history, the childless Protectors assembled for war." - from PROTECTOR by Larry Niven I know, I know - wrong fandom. Still, the idea of a force suddenly showing up out of nowhere to throw everyone else's plans into the trash deserves music like this.
i mean if you think about it he was the chosen one not Luke. Considering he threw palpatine in the dump. I really love his story how they made it. First you would think he wasnt the chosen one but at the end he was.
Not "if you think about it", he *was* the Chosen One. His destiny was to both destroy the Jedi and the Sith for abusing the Force in their favor for milennia and bring balance to the Force. He also trained the first balanced Force user, Ahsoka Tano.

Consider the following: All the clones that went into the temple that night were literally half the age they appeared to be. A clone that looked to be 24, was only a 12-year old on the inside.
