Not me crying when everyone lit their sabers🥹🥹 This was my first year got to Hollywood studios for May the 4th since I’ve joined this galaxy, and it was honestly one of the best times I’ve ever had at the parks. I went dressed as Hera and had Chopper with a flower crown I made him. I got to talk with so many people that day, and got to see everyone light their sabers together for the first time which was just amazing 🥰🥰
That lightsaber meet up was simple but awesome. It would have been organized by some fan in years past. Or be a "shoe" where you just sat back and watched. This was so epic that they included people. They seem to be learning what we want. I'm so hopeful for the next few years to be even more grandiose
Good catch, Kitra. At night the animal/insect sounds in the bushes on Batuu are different and LOUDER than the sounds they make during the day. Just like what happens here on Earth! Another incredible detail courtesy of the Imagineers.
Lol @Peter 😂 (about Darth Maul) “He kinda went out like a punk…”😂 And I totally agree with your Party City costume comments. I saw you guys at Star Wars night but didn’t want to interrupt as it looked like you were filming at the time. Thanks for the great video!
This event looks fantastic and so much fun!!! I got the chills watching the light saber meet up. All of the characters looked SO cool!!!! Great video as always 😊
Love Star Wars and all the fans! You guys are in your element for sure! Queen Amidala and the Ewoks were so cool to see.. and Mickey and Minnie at the end were so cute! Thanks for sharing ☺️
disney has always lit up fans for ages. star wars has been a fan fav for quite a while. with the two combined, its magic. i might not be able to go to Disney myself right now, even though i am a veteran and volunteered for this land of ours, but the magic of Disney will continue on for ages to come. I hope that one day i can return to disney at florida once more and enjoy some of the magic. Kitra, Peter...thank you for allowing us to come with you on your adventures. please dont stop adventuring.
That light saber meet up looked amazing. Kitra, totally with you on the JarJar. That would rock! The food looks amazing. Oh yea to those little space balls. What an incredible night. Star Wars night is a must. ❤❤❤
I love the extra characters! Anakin looked great! I’m happy to see the prequels getting some love ❤️ maybe we’ll see a Cal Kestis or Rex at one of these in the future!
You guys make the best videos. You manage to get amazing footage, obviously put so much thought into the whole thing, ~and create a casual vlog-style video, which is my favorite.
Thank you for all of your A+ long form content! I love to experience all the Disney action through your eyes since I can’t be there myself 🥰 it makes these experiences accessible to the masses ❤
Seeing all those lightsabers together was so pretty! I’m so lucky that whenever you guys upload a new video, I usually watch them during my lunch break at work- unless I’m having salad, lol 😂
It’s very hard to film a 40 minute video at Star Wars Nite because the event is only 4 hours long. Usually when we have a video that long it’s shot over the course of an entire day. That said, don’t worry, we aren’t going shorter with our videos - we have a lot of stuff coming in the next few weeks which will be more than 40 minutes long
Chills pretty much all the way through that video. So jealous you got to meet Chopper! He was the first action figure I bought when I started collecting again. I adore that little psychopath! Minnie and Mickey were hilarious at the end! Anakin was pretty hot!
I had such a good time! It was so fun! Also I met you guys, which totally made my entire night 😭, you guys are so nice and thank you for letting me take a picture with you guys as well ❤️
Loki and Thor look great. I think it might have to do with the age of the actors in the roles sometimes? I’m not sure. Luke the problem is definitely the costume just looks cheap
Kitra chasing Wicket made me LOL. Why was he running away from you??? That cola/espresso/cold brew combo sounds intriguing…looks more awesome than the taste, methinks! Fantastic video as usual. The editing is flawless and the clarity for night filming is wonderful!
After watching Kevin heimbachs video on Star Wars day at Hollywood studios I am so shocked at how good Disneyland have made it so much better for the guests . Disneyworld need to up their game . Great video as always
This was a fun evening! I saw you both walking down Main Street USA but I couldn't get over to you quick enough to say "Thank you!" for all of the videos, tips, experiences, etc. I appreciate your takes on the food and rides and that you inspire us to go out to enjoy the parks and all they have to offer. Again, thank you!
Love Star Wars Nite vlogs! It's weird because it feels like just yesterday you posted last years vlog with Kitra in her scooter. But that also feels like a lifetime ago. looking forward to you May the 4th Starcruiser vlogs as well!
Wow, Kitra, I should have done the force choking thing when I was at the Chase Disney card meet & greet! That was so cool, Kitra. Oh, and BEFORE the original Star Wars came out, Luke looked really cheesy on the cover!
I’ve been binging ordinary adventures a bit too much I think as I had a dream last night that my significant other and I hit all the parks with you guys in one day 😂😂
It was awesome to finally see you guys in person. I just so happened to see you guys from across the way and had to say hello. Thanks for getting us through covid!
I'm so happy you guys went this year. I told myself last year I'd go this year but didn't and when I saw chopper was a meet and greet I had major regrets. Hopefully he will be there next year! Thanks for the amazing video!
This was a great night. Best part was meeting Peter. Thanks for the photo. You made my night and birthday the best ever. Sorry I was such a gomer but I was just speechless seeing you.
So envious of you guys over in the States with the fancy parks. I was the only one dressed up for May the 4th in Hong Kong Disneyland, people don’t even care for Star Wars much here! Anyways thank you guys for the awesome videos, might actually have to book a trip for next year’s May 4th!
When I saw a few details from the event, I was really hoping and waiting for your video. I'm glad you both had fun, it looks like a great way to spend May 4th for sure.
Yayyy, totally been waiting for this one 🤩 Totally agree about Galaxy's Edge needing more organized dramatic moments. We would be up there all the time 😂🤣
Another great video! Jabba was mentioned in some of the promo materials for the event, but it wasnt clear if it was a background or a character and I haven't seen ANY hint of Jabba in videos. Did you see something? I found someone on twitter that said yes, but it was a long line. I just can't possibly believe that Jabba may have been there but somehow isn't in any videos.
I took some time to really think about who my favorite RU-vidrs in general are, from all genres of Channels. I judged it on who I'm excited for most when they upload a new video... I decided Ordinary Adventures is in my Top 3 right now. I'm having a hard time putting my Top 3 in order, so basically this channel is in a three way tie for 1st. 😊
Honestly, before I saw this video I had no idea Star Wars Nite was even a thing. I don't know if the event is super awesome, or if you guys just made it look that way, but now I'm all hyped up to go visit next year. Thanks!
I went on May 4th. My comments: I really enjoyed the Harissa Tip Yip as well - though I thought it was a small portion. We also liked the bulgogi sandwich but I think they forgot my cheese at Jolly Holiday. The cookies at Harbour Galley were ok - nothing that special. We didn't buy as much food since we are in the middle of our reduced calorie intake. I didn't get to do as much as I wanted - even with my edited list. Fireworks, Chopper, Tatooine, LightSaber Meetup. There was enough crowd on that night to drive all of the photo op lines and meet and greets to be long but maybe yours was as long. The Throne line for us was really long. The Light Saber meetup was cool with that little show. As Peter said - story moments. It was great. BTW - did you notice that the agent sent Chewie and Vai to handle perimeter security so that the First Order wouldn't get in - BUT THEY GOT IN ANYWAY. Wow... Nice going Chewie! LOL
So jealous of ur last name. If I could change my last name it would be to Vega. Have u seen the movie Pulp Fiction ? One of the main characters is named Vincet Vega
Adding in a story to the event actually makes it so much more interesting to me. I think it would be neat for them to do more "nite" events with storylines to pursue if you wish, similar to Galactic Starcruiser.
I went to my first Star Wars Night on May 2nd. I had a great time, but I missed out on many features. I went alone, and I didn’t plan well. I couldn’t believe how many characters and different foods and drinks were there! I saw that Disney World didn’t have as great a party as in Disneyland. I always love seeing you guys having fun and giving us your opinions about what you experience. Hopefully I will be better prepared next year. 😄
That’s one of our biggest complaints about these party’s is there isn’t enough time, and you can’t do it all. I guess that’s to Disneylands credit but I wish the event was one hour longer
Welp here’s my cry list. Number one was during the lightsaber meet up after Rey told everyone to activate their lightsabers. Number two was when Mickey and Minnie said goodbye to everyone and did their nose kiss. Your videos are amazing 5/5 dans ✨⭐️
I think they should make all characters that oogie boogie style for those special events so people could experience as much as possible. And imagine they made a force ghost at the first as a magic shot then perhaps a hologram type meet and greet.
