►NOTE - so apparently people think that I leaked this footage. Which is absurd. I am a Ubisoft partner and creator. Was invited to their star wars outlaws event and was sent these b roll to make content with. Since we couldn't play the build or record ourselves we could make videos with this b roll. If they do allow previews in future events to be recorded I will get my own footage but for now this is all we have. Please read the description next time LOL. Showcasing some new b roll gameplay thats still work in progress, but looking nice so far. Hopefully we do get an actual demo we can try out. I only got to see this footage at an event. Enjoy!
I'm going to die without understanding, I lost monetization on 2 channels for posting gameplay without comments, can you believe it? RU-vid claimed it was content that did not add original value. And watch your videos, even the titles contain the term GAMEPLAYS WITHOUT COMMENTS, injustice...
FO is uncharted meets star wars, i think this vertical slice demo is definitely like that but since its open world i think FO will remain of of the more metroidvania uncharted type game
@@Inieelstill better than Starfield and you can play no man’s sky if you really want the best transition from space to planet. But outlaws transition is actually pretty nice
This game looks so good! I told my wife that if we survive our summer gauntlet schedule we have with the kids, that this game will be my back to school gift to myself lol. Might even take some days of work off. The space travel and combat looks so freaking cool too.
Hearing the Crimson Dawn lore is HUGE, if Kira is in charge, this is post the solo movie, and recently based on the way the guard in crimson dawn phrased it, which means MAUL IS IN THIS GAME. We ball.
We see Kes in Jabbas palace walking by Han Solo frozen in carbonite so this takes place between Empire and Return of the Jedi, which means no Maul since Maul is killed by Obi Wan on Tattooine in Star Wars Rebels. Which is before Luke leaves tattoine in a new hope.
like what thatnorwegianguy1986 said, this is in between Empire Strike back and Return of the Jedi. If you wanna know more in-depth to it, this is taking place in between Hidden Empire and Crimson Reign, a trilogy comic series showing the return of Crimson Dawn (very good reads btw, should really check it out!), estimated weeks or a month after Empire Strike Back.
One glaring distinction though.... Kay can perform basic movements without letting out girly grunts and sexual moans on loop every 3 seconds. Listening to reboot Lara climbing a flight of stairs, ducking under a tree branch or hike up a moderately steep incline is like a pornhub radio station. Kay at least functions audibly like a real person.
I have question do you know how many months or years does a new game price go down? I decide to cancel my preorders because to much money. I want to play this game as a cheaper price
After my surprise enjoyment of Jedi Survivor and how promising this game looks, the only Star Wars I get excited over now is what these passionate game developers make with the IP. Can't wait to play this!
As with most Ubisoft games, the environment looks top notch, but the gameplay was the same old lackluster and uninspired gameplay I’ve come to expect from Ubisoft. For those comparing this to Uncharted, sure, but the sense of danger was palpable in that game most of the time whereas this just seemed like a walk in the park. I mean, slapping a trooper on the backside of the head with your hand knocks them out? How about having her pistol whip them at the least! The game lacks impact in favor of being a happy-go-lucky Mickey Mouse adventure.
Damn, the space combat just looks so so so much better than Starfield was. Who the fuck wants to fiddle with power levels? Not to mention landing on planets without a fuckin load screen
Gameplay looks solid. Props for uploading. My issue with this era of Star Wars has been the lack of aliens specifically aliens that speak their own native language with subtitles on the screen. Back in the day in KOTOR every alien you encounter with the exception of Mission Vao and Juhani spoke alien dialect with subtitles. Sometimes it took a while to read but it felt so much more authentic. I don't think I've seen a single Disney Wars television series with aliens that speak in alien dialect besides Mandalorian. It used to be a natural aspect of Star Wars. Hopefully it can go back to form at least in these games.
I'm loving the grounded combat, lore and exploration of Outlaws, not everyone likes Ubisoft's first gameplay demos on their new games but when it's finally released next month and the reviews of critics and gamers are positive, I would definitely buy this!!!
I am worried about it as well but there was one scene where she shoots from a sniper rifle so maybe you unlock more weapons as you progress hopefuly...
@@harleenquinzel128you can pick up weapons temporarily. But you will always keep your blaster. You will be able to upgrade and modify it tho. Same as han for example always kept his DL-44 or boba his EE-3
So she slaps an armored trooper with her bare hand and then gently puts him down. This kind of shit make me not wanna play these games, they make no effort man, just taking your money. No sense of danger, adventure...you can just slap your way through the game
@@paulprecup2477 Did you watch any other Star Wars media, like the old Clone Wars animated series? Trooper armor isn't designed to protect from melee combat, but blaster shots. There were clones bonking other clones in the face and knocking them out instantly, and Stormtrooper armor is weaker than Clone armor. It's the same shit IRL, completely different armor for melee protection vs gunshots and Stormtroopers in SW weren't known for being particularly sturdy either way.
it's the loading actually.. but they make it better with landing animation from space, not something like common loading screen.. when you move near the planet, it will give you some option which place you want to land.. and that's when the loading start
This answered a lot of questions i had. I'm still wondering if there will be some sort of character customization. Like outfits or visible blaster parts. Other than that, I'm curious about just how open the world is. It's easy to have a "seamless" transition from space to planet if the planet your going to only has a tiny map to explore.
This looks Amazing for a Star Wars Scoundrel Adventure! Not gonna lie both AC shadows and Outlaws have exceeded my very Low expectations now they’re 2nd and 3rd most anticipated games behind Metaphor
@@cartoonvideos5 Oh and you’re so special boohoo. All your games have to be 10/10s perfect masterpieces, you play games for the prestige or having a good time? I think you just can’t see clearly what makes a game or bad game cuz you join the bandwagon of haters that think because it’s “Ubisoft” oh they’re bad. If you think us normies are bad for the industry nah man you are the epitome of toxic gamers that put unrealistic expectations on developers thinking they never Make mistakes
What a fine addition to add to my... collection. (still not preordering it) Edit: Me not preordering has nothing to do with the MC being a woman. Has everything to do with the fact that Ubisoft has absolutely desecrated their own IP's. Eat shit, Yves.
After the first video - I had a strange feeling. But after that, I started to like the game more. It has a vibe from fallen order and lara croft. It looks to me like an Anchartred about Sarah Connar in a Star Wars world
Classic Übisoft oyun mantığı var Star Wars Outlaws'da, Tekrara binecek görevler mevcut olacak bence, Üzücü bir durum, umarım öyle olmaz da lafımı geri alırım.
It's definitely a mixed bag, a few of them are pretty realistic and weighty but the vast majority of animations feel floaty and silly and there's no nuance, she literally tapped the stormtroopers helmet with an open palm and he dropped like a sack. I did a bit of research after seeing that and I learned that helmets were actually invented to protect the head from various kinds of trauma. Didn't even realize.
So not only do starship troopers reputation implies crappy shooting but now they can apparently be incapacitated by a good ole chick slap to the back of the head? Besides that…looks fire😬
Assassin's Creed : A Galaxy Far Far Away To be fair, the Star Wars universe is probably one of the only ones that would still interest me to play an AC game in.
Ill give them a partial pass because its "Star Wars" but how much did they borrow from Respawns Jedi. Kays dialogue and even the way she moves ripped from Cal Cestus. Ive keeping an eye on this one and like i said it is star wars but even the art directions been seen before. Now we're looking at Stars Wars game with Star Wars Protagonist on Star Wars Planet With Star Wars gameplay.
Interesting how they could make a story with a woman that doesn't have to shoe horn a connection to Old Man Palps or the Skyguy Clan but the disney cinema people couldn't
This a really beautiful and exciting looking game with lots to explore. Even if I wasn’t a Star Wars fan (less so with the “Disneyfication” and “wokeness”), I’d still buy this. Hopefully they do the needful and optimise it for PC. PC issues end up being a dealbreaker.
I think one problem with this game is the camera is too static. It needs more screen shake. Like when shes on the speeder bike or when shes springting on foot it looks too bland. I bet a little screen shake can fix that
