Star Wars Outlaws: Official World Premiere Trailer 

The good old saying of "never judge a game by its CGI trailer" still holds true, stay strong gamers.

As cool as this looks, I'm not going to trust it until a proper gameplay trailer

It would be nice if for once we could make our own character and have our own adventure.

When I saw Ubisoft logo I was immediately disappointed.

As much as I love the time of the Empire, I really want to see more Clone Wars games.

Ubisoft has always been great in making trailers. I’m curious if the gameplay holds up

Star Wars has HUGE potential to be one of the best open world games but I’m not expecting anything.

The graphical difference between this and the story trailer that just dropped is hilarious.

Man I really want another star wars bounty hunter game. Revamped, open world, make your own bounty hunter and make your name known through out the galaxy.

You had *ONE JOB* and give us character customization, Ubisoft!

I had my own idea for an open world Star Wars RPG. You get to choose your race/species/creed or whatever, design your character and play the story however you want with your decisions affecting the outcome. You’ll be playing the story from the perspective of whichever “side” you choose, and you can replay the game and play it from a completely different perspective. You can freely travel to any planet you want, do whatever you want, establish a base, build and trade weapons and ships. There’ll be a full in game economy and thousands of items to collect and trade. You can find a companion - sentient or droid, have them travel with you everywhere. You could join the Jedi or the Manadlorians or just be an absolute rogue vigilante. You could sympathise with the empire and become a Sith Lord, whatever you want. That’s the game I want.

I love how they took a really attractive voice actor/model and made the main character look like a f'n gargoyle.

One thing I always loved in KOTOR (not so much in 2) was that you could actually create a Jedi (or Sith) who focused on blasters rather than lightsabers and become so skilled most enemies (even using the Force) couldn't block more than about 5% of your shots and couldn't block special shots.

I do wish for an open world game it would've give us a chance to make our own character but to play as a new character is always interesting

Damn… I thought we were finally getting an open-world Star Wars game where we could be a bounty hunter and travel across the galaxy to bring in bounties. Imagine a Star Wars game where you can complete change your looks, gear, equipment and ship however you like to make your own unique Bounty Hunter? And then traveling to any planet in the galaxy to hunt down targets? I’d buy that game…

Damn I thought the open world Star Wars game was supposed to be a create your own character kind of thing, a man can dream 🥲

I was really excited for this game hoping that you were going to be able to customize your character beyond anything else have hundreds of different types of ships and basically more like star citizen but what did I expect it’s Ubisoft

A huge step in the right direction with open world, but it would be even better if it was a sandbox game as well, with the freedom to do whatever you want, be whatever you want, make your own character, etc.

I have no idea what it is about seeing droids in clothes/robes; but I really dig it 😎 grievous’s magna guards were my favorite as a kid, and the cloth/droid look is still awesome

Big mistake with the main character being a female you're stuck with. If it's only for the story it is ok, but there should be an option to let the player switch to another character you can customize. Your own created character in an Open World Star Wars game, that is what the fans want. That would feel like you are in Star Wars yourself and create your own story. I also always imagined a Star Wars Open Game to have a team made by your own customized characters just like the team from the originals Luke, Leia, Han, Lando, Chewbacca and the droids. And let this team have a starship like Millenium Falcon while they explore the galaxy and have their adventures. So a character customization where you choose race, job, male/female. For example I want to create a team with a Chiss as a pilot, A human Jedi, a scoundrel who also is Arkanian, a Mandalorian, a Gamorrean as my heavy...together with an Ewok...A dancing Twi'lek, a Mon Calamari as my navigator and a Sniper Togruta, a Mechanic that is Zabrak and some droids...And give them all personalities you choose...And you can switch to any of the characters. Just an idea....

I really want a pro-imperial game. Playing as a rebel gets so old.

It would have been cooler if they allowed us to create our own characters. Skyrim has replayability with creating different characters alone.

Not what I was expecting, I wanna be able to play as just someone in the galaxy like this BUT for the first EVER open world game, called outlaws, we should be able to make our own character and customize them and play how we want but it looks interesting

Hope we get to create our own character or at least have a few options. Even Jedi Academy had multiple alien races to choose from and that was released 20 years ago.

Looks cool. Can’t wait to pick it up once I see about 20 hours of full release gameplay. 🙂

How people don't just look at New Vegas and apply it as the benchmark for all open world games is beyond me. Customizable characters, decisions that meaningfully impacted the plot, karma system, level up system etc. etc. etc. I'm playing NV years later and am still finding new content that some of today's open world games don't have. The replayability is insane.

The secondary characters look more interesting than the main character.

Remember its UBISOFT. don't get too excited.

Open world Ubisoft games usually don’t really hit the mark in feeling rewarded they mainly focus on having random stuff to do. Even if it isn’t fun

This looks like exactly what I would expect from a Ubisoft Disney Star Wars game.

For years, I wanted a Star wars story like this. I always like Mission Vao from KOTOR and thought how cool it would be to have a another character like her. Don't get me wrong. Jedi and lightsabers are the meat and potatoes of the Star wars lore, but I like to see more of this universe.

Cinematics is something that we already know ubisoft is good at. We want the real thing, we want some gameplay. Otherwise, I'm not convinced

They need a deep dive like Starfield, so we can get an idea of what to expect. An open world Star Wars games sounds INCREDIBLE.

Star Wars Galaxies was the first Star Wars open world game...and it was amazing.

Hey Ubisoft, you should do some research before making false claims. This is not the first ever open world Star Wars game. The first open world Star Wars game was Star Wars Galaxies in the early 2000's. In fact, it was one few open world games that existed during that time. I played it for years.

I hope we can fully customize our character and maybe our ship or speeder. and it’d be fun if we could have 4player co-op. Not online but like AC Unity but be able to join our friends world, explore , and do missions with them. It’d be fun to kill a bunch of storm troopers and smugglers with friends.
