Sometimes in the video I have used the term Togrutan to refer to their culture or whole collective race (i.e Togrutan race). This is something that has been argued over from what I have read. Some novels use the term togrutan to refer to something that the Togruta possess (like Togrutan culture). However, I believe "Togruti" like Togruti language, is likely the correct term, when referencing their possessions and such. But they are called Togruta, in both singular and plural fashion. Just getting this out there before the grammar police kick down my door and shoot my dog ;)
Great work! Your videos are very informative and I enjoy binging them when I'm trying to kill time. I RP on Swtor and your videos are really helping me learn more about the culture of the player races. I can't wait for the Mirialian video, they're a personal favorite.
+Adam Agee that's really awesome to hear, I started this specifically with RPers in mind so it's great to know some people find it useful. Thanks for the kind words and support :)
Both are hot. I think most near humans like the twi'leks, torgrutas, Zabraks, zeltrons and umbarans are attractive. The only near human sledges I know of that look ugly are muuns and sullustans
Just because I make reference to information from that book, doesn't mean I read "nearly word for word" from it. There is not a single direct quote from the book in this video, I rewrite everything to make it unique and give it a new perspective. Would you prefer I make shit up lol?
*squeaks like the little girl that I am* Yay! its here! Thx for doing this! I know you said requested by many, but yay! I love togrutas so much! I even have an o.c. that's a Trogruta! (She is twins with a Twi'lek!) But, anyway, just......yay.
What? Togruta who is a twin with a Twi'lek? That's... biologically impossible. Twins can't be of different species. Aven as siblings they could be only an adoptive one... the only way it could work for them to be biologically siblings is that they would be actually togruta-twi'lek hybrids, and somehow one does manifest traits of a Twi'lek and the second traits of a togruta.
I know you are getting plenty of requests, but I think a video on the Chagrians would be interesting. There one of the coolest looking races in my opinion.
I luv learning more about the many different races in the Star Wars Galaxy. I hope Disney will make "A Star Wars Story" anthology movie centred on a alien race, as the main character.
I want to find a Togruta female... and make sweet love to her. Besides that, Togrutas are my favorite Race. I find them unique, more so than the Twi'lek. And yes, I also came here because of Ahsoka Tano and Shaak-Ti!
Great video! Could you do a video on the Sephi? I feel that they are a very interesting race but they were underdeveloped within the Star Wars universe.
You should do a Races episode on the Mandalorians. Preferably the original version that stayed true to what they were rather then the newer one from the clone wars.
The reason why the females tend to have more force powers is due to the fact that females tend to be the hunters of the species, since the montrails tend to cover more of their neck then their male counterparts, and these montrails were naturally evolved to protect their necks from the bite of akuls. Not just that, but the females tended to be fast enough to dodge an akuls charge, and nimble enough to jump onto them. This is why theyre the hunters of the species.
I went to Star Wars: Identities and picked Human, because i wanted to create an accurate Star Wars version of myself (from Naboo, because Naboo seemed to be the closest to Earth). I'm going a second time in March, but i can't choose between Twi'lek or Togruta.
+Joaquin Alvarez There is very strong indications that Coruscant was the original Human homeworld, as it's home to a massive Human population and the source for many of the ancient sleeper ships that colonized so many other worlds that that dominated by or solely controlled by Humans.
I know this is probably a bit late for the next request.. But I'll drop one anyway. I would like to see what you can pick up on a lesser known race, like the Feeorin.
+MrVlogWatcher I'm pretty sure Rav from the Legacy comics was a Feeorin, I'll add these guys to the list! It will be a while til I can get this race done, but thanks for the suggestion!
+MonstahManGaming she was framed for a crime she didn't commit and almost executed by the Republic. When the truth was discovered of her innocence, her faith in the Jedi Order was already destroyed and she left it behind
sweet :D I have recently subbed to this channel and i like it alot. You do very well! Would it be possible for us to team up in some way?? I need some help getting my channel "off the floor" as some would say. If you'd like i can get footage and such for u from games I play or edit images. This is just an idea. nothing more.
i had an idea of an half Togruta with a human well more near human " black skined human" . could the half togruta had tentacles without horns? like the orignals Na'vi from avatar sketches? with long curly dark hair and some white highlights and two small lekku s3.media.squarespace.com/production/465215/5307878/wp-content/uploads/2008/11/navi1.jpg
i think the only ones that can breed with Humans are Twi'leks last i heard which is interesting because the kids look 100% like twi'leks so you have to wonder if they have any human dna to begin with. Plus they are a different species altogether.
+SciFi Soup no if I said that I would have said anakin I was trying to be more clear as pre suit Vader and ti already fought it's like a what if like what if Vader went to kill ti himself on the force unleashed
