We're building a room-scale Star Wars Rebel Base! We will be building and merging different set pieces with themes from all over the Star Wars universe including a Millenium Falcon style seating area, Lightsaber workbench, home cinema droid projector, and a whole load of Star Wars prop builds for your greebly pleasure...
This week we build our first prop for the room, a nice and simple Star Warsy door control/datapad built almost entirely from greebles sourced in my home. I also share part of my virtual plans for the project, watch through to the end for a sneak-peek at next week's Gonk Droid build

One question, have you had any experience using HD foam outside? I want to theme the outside of his room and wondered how it would stand up to the weather? Thanks again for the great videos...

Having not ever seen any of these DIY prop builds before last week. Mid February of 2022. I introduced my husband to I believe it's called the smugglers room? Guy named Brian? Well anyway my husband took a look at a few of his videos. His mind was blown. However we simply cannot afford the tools at his disposal. Not to mention acquiring the skills and the techniques Brian employs. I'm seeing this video on February 23rd 2022 and will introduce it to my husband later. This seems like something that he could do in his shop without any specialized tools. Thanks for showing how you did this.

This is something i feel I could make as a beginner! The one thing I do not understand how to do would be if I had a LED like yours, and would like to power it through the wall socket instead of a limited time on batteries!

It's nice that your showing and naming the greeblies in advance. But it'll have to wait until i can build my own base due to the fact that I'm still paying rent ^^ Can't wait for the next episode and the 3D-model somewhere in the future - looking great!

I’d really like to see more about the LED. If you do more with lighting please go into more depth with how to wire and what you use. I have no knowledge about wiring for LED. Thanks.
