Rebels in particular is pretty egregious in how trivial it makes the empire seem. I don’t remember a single time they felt like an intimidating, galaxy spanning threat in that show.

I think the worst part about Rebels is that none of the main characters are ever really threatened by any of the people they're supposed to be outsmarting.

andor is truly a model for the number of imps that actually need to die in a show. the movies are movies for a reason, the kill count in them should be large, and the Mandalorian and Obi Wan (especially obi wan) had no good reason to go overboard

18:21 ATATs falling doesn't constitute the death of drivers, Cal Kestis, BD1 and the 2 drivers they knock out survived a similar fall, and in ESB the rebels blow up the walker after toppling them, so clearly toppling them isn't enough to kill the crews and passengers.

Actually those walkers in solo were droids. They were basically AT-ST’s but instead of the control head it was a big artillery gun with a droid brain

i got an existential point ... one big flaw in those series and movies and games ,it's really a shame that it's always the stormtroopers who got butchered pathetically in star wars. why we do barely see the regular imperial troopers in action? the troopers are supposed to be elite soldiers, when they appears in empire sensible places like the death stars , or the archives of scarif , when they follow darth vader and another important officer, okay it make sense but they're everywhere , it's annoying they are a joke now, i really wished they appeared less often on screen
