I love that Echo is in the center. He has been around since the first season of the series, and I love that we finally have a show that he will show up in more than a few episodes. The Bad Batch are the spiritual successors of the Domino squad, and it legit feels like they are

@@jedimasterboltsproductions6433 I disagree strongly. Those other squads followed orders to the t and were some great clone soldiers. Alpha did beat the test in record speed. But what made Domino squd was their amazing ability to look past procedure and protocol, and work together as a team to achieve victory using ingenious methods. It's how they won the test. It's how they pushed the droids out of the risihi moon outpost. It's how Fives and Echo became arc troopers. It's why Echo lost his life in the Citadel. It's why Pong Krell attempted to execute Fives. It's why Fives lost his life trying to stop Order 66. And it's why I would argue Echo is half droid half clone The bad Batch represents what made the domino squad different and special. The men of the Domino squad were more than your "good soldier", and so are these guys

The other squads followed protocol to a T, and thats how they won. But Domino and the Bad Batch found other more effective ways to win. That is why the Bad Batch are their successors. They operate by the same principles. The Bad Batch are such an effective unit because they create their own rules and protocols, and Tarkin, who is anti clone, was impressed by that. Tarkin showed actual surprise and a hints of a fucking smile!! I have never seen that dude ever do that. The death star in Rogue One didnt even give him that reaction Plus the Bad Batch are famously not like other clone troopers. They use the word "regs" with distate

lowkey my favourite animated sw show, I know it's mid overall, but the little details and touches they put there makes it so good, and you can't have the characters. The fact that they pulled Omega off is amazing

@@darthknightwingphoenix2081 i mean cool as in «i like the concept of a sadistic alian race that has built its culture around genetics, are native to a planet covered in only ocean, and live in a clean, pristine environment.» i also like how they did not give them a cringey accent, or an alien language. Them being soft-spoken and barely showing emotion with their facial expressions and voices is really cool. I am aware that the are eugenics-sentric sociopaths that where in on a conspiracy to en the republic. I would not like them in real life.

It’s a clone rebellion on Kamino theme for me. Just imagine The Bad Batch with Rex, Boba Fett and the other clones fighting to free Kamino from the Empire. Then, when everything is going wrong and the clones are about to lose, the ship arrives with „Vode An” playing in the background only to turn out that it’s Delta Squad arriving to free Kamino. Beautiful job, Samuel!

I think Mando theme is in there due to Delta Squad and a lot of commando squads being trained by Mandalorians, which is where Vode An comes from. It was adapted to fit the clones, notably with Coruscant replacing Manda'yaim.

@@StarLeader44 Generally speaking he lists the 'main' components of the mix, what the bulk of it is although in an almost easter egg fashion he sprinkles in a few notes of other themes (like I believe it's a 'My Hero Academia' one he tossed in a small bit of the MCU theme). I can't really say I notice 'The Clones' theme, but it's possible I missed it because 'The Bad Batch' theme is actually a variation of 'The Clones' theme (for obvious reasons) and wasn't paying enough attention to hear the 2 separate versions. I know I heard a bit of the Mando theme, but not much only a few notes that blends in somewhat with the other bit it was mixed in to.

Mixing the clones theme and bad batch theme really fits since bad batch highlighted how the clones really lost their humanity after the control chips took affect
