I just made it... delicious! Apart from changing the cookies, I also added more ice for thickness, and instead of 3 tbsp of powdered sugar, I added just a teaspoon of maple syrup. Would absolutely recommend! 😋👌🏻

To avoid separation i add powdered pudding mix (1-2 spoon) bc the xanthum gum binds it pretty well
