Okay this was a hell of a ride. Firstoff- great, enjoyable, FUNNY commentary to a really neat game. Here's why: 1.) Crazy gameplay is much much more enjoyable if it isn't the total standart first reaper/adept into first banshee/oracle into first drop to whatever because zerg will ALLWAYS play defensive against T/P 2.) the moments you smile in this review are with lowkos commentary (walking your hydras - need i say more!?) It's just great to see some people have fun and there is 3.) NO SALT These people tend to enjoy playing crazy games and Strategies even if they lose. And they are still proud players and i can respect that!

The best part of this video was at the end 16:42 when Lowko gives his tips on how to improve. If i'm new to the game, I'm probably making these mistakes and learning how to do better is what keeps me around playing the game, which keeps SC2 alive for everyone.

So what if DiamondDog had sent out two drones at 11:00 to take a third and fourth hatchery as macro hatches until the 3000 resources are burnt off? 600m for the hatcheries, 200m spawning pool, 200m 150g spire, leaves 1800m 250m to pump out two (at that point probably three or four) mutalisks and a heap of zerglings, then macro to 40-60 drones and pump out army like crazy. (I'm not actually playing SC2, but apparently I've watched too much LowkoTV.)

starcraft is fun to watch mainly because of all the crazy strategies and crazy micro happens every now and then. The problem with professional level of play is that majority of the games tend to play out the same over and over again with very small variations, that is why some viewer submitted games are more fun to watch. But I would prefer to see high diomond to master level players, which has a balance of skill and craziness.

Great Video Lowko, i would like to see more games like this with tipps and tricks for Platinum league. :-)

I believe the reason why these guys are in Plat is because of the lack of people playing ranked nowadays. For example, I was a gold player back when Starcraft was in it's prime. However now? I can get to diamond easily, even though I don't play nearly as much anymore. Still feels good to get to diamond though haha

you see wasted gas like all the time. People pull their gathering units when the base becomes attacked and instead of telling all units to gather minerals and then telling them to return all resources before mining the gas is wasted and they have to reselect workers to go into the gas.

I got to diamond going only proxy hatch roaches, never getting zergling speed a single time. And yes, I'm a pleb. my controls are awful. The best advice I can give if you wanna climb the ladder is to spend your ressources and get a good build done. Otherwise just have fun as these guys here obviously had lol
