I haven't updated my mods in a long time but there was a custom NPC that was like a fitness guru or influencer that would jog in from the bus scene and hang out near the river in the forest and sometimes on the beach, I remember her being pretty cool. There was also a custom NPC of a mail carrier that was really cute but I don't think she was romanceable. I see a lot of people suggest Expanded, so my mod rec if you want a ton of new content would be Ridgeside; it's a whole new town with a huge cast of custom NPCs that each have their own unique plots.
Actually, the marriage one is active in the base game. I married Sam and Jodi will ask: “how’s married life going for you?” And “Is Sam doing work around the farm or is he just bumming around?”
For some characters, I guess. I remember how Pierre liked to ask how Abigail was doing from time to time (she was my first ever Stardew spouse) in my vanilla save. It seems as if the characters would have to be family to your spouse for your marriage to impact their dialogue. Still, it is definitely awkward that romanceable NPCs at 8+ hearts will still randomly flirt with you even when you're already married (and that is even *without* the Free Love Mod).
Life Cycle has several options for NPC pairs, you can pick and choose which ones to include (e,g, you can leave out Alex/Haley if you plan to romance one of them yourself, or if you want to include Leah/Haley instead).
Oh, I was just talking about how great something like Life Cycle would be to a friend! Man, one of these days I'm just gonna have to the Steam version of Stardew so I can mod...
I love the robin romance mod. Been wishing for it since the start. Also, the twin you mention actually has been been updated to " Veronica". They even flesh out Veronica a bit to make it more immersion friendly and why she is in Stardew Valley and living in the house.
Yeah. But right now, I updated it to be playable for 1.6. It took some time since I'm looking for someone to collaborate with to make a reverse proposal for the bachelorettes. It's quite challenging since I don't romance the girls at all. Sorry about that.

Using the life cycle mod feels like you can't have any husband/wife since they all have their own partner before you exist in the village and you just move in as a farmer (Sorry for bad grammar)
I'm glad to have found this cause I probably need some of these It's really nice to see that rival mod, I had inspiration from a mod were this glitchy lady can go on to marry Sam for a rival mod with different versions for different couples of the player's choice but I can't code & it was a bit too ambitious thanks to that & all the work I'd have to work on making multiple interactions.
I AM PLAYING STARDEW VALLEY FOR THE FIRST TIME RIGHT NOW... and I need to know... Which female should I marry? Who is the best? Who is the easiest to care for? Easiest to please? Etc. I focus ALL my time in the mines and with crops and some fishing and I dont need someone who will be a pain. Could someone help and give me some info on them please?
Actually, I don’t think any of the bachelorettes are hard to please. If you’re mining a lot, Emily loves all gemstones and Abigail loves amethyst. Maru might also work if you’re mining a lot as she loves gold and iridium bars and diamonds. Leah is in the salon most nights and loves salads and likes forage. Honestly, it’s easy to keep any spouse happy, but Haley is my favorite. She just seems so happy on the farm.
