I couldn´t find any info at all about this band, I only know this song is fantastic and should be hear by more people:). The still picture was chosen at random searching in google, I couldn´t find any image of the band or their records.
Updated: Stare were an early 1990s four-piece indie band from Norfolk, England. Members of the band were Michael Brown, Karl Goodbody, Richard Hammerton and Derek O'Sullivan.
They released 3 EPs entitled Stare, Mood and Work between 1991 and 1992 on the Fusebox and Big Life record labels. (Thanks a lot to 'PaulSuedeTwin' for the info).

Thanks a lot! Very useful information, I was desperate to find more info about the band. I didn´t know they had 3 Eps, the names of the labels or the members of the band and so on. If you don´t mind I will use this info for the description.

@KlashKit In this world of downloads when you don't want to actually just rip it off for free on a torrent site and you still can't find it. Guys will have to dust the old 12" off and filter it to see what I end up with.
