Can you please make a ships services tech mod? Either a guy i can put at my player home/the lounger starstation or a kiosk ship builder? Just something i can place from the decorate menu... i dont have a pc so i cant make a mod... gave you a like and sub tho!
Excellent video. Thanks! I made a vendor, and it worked great. However, if I change the gender to female, she won't interact at all. Is there a way around this, or is it just a "feature" of the tool?
@@510DeshawnPlays Yeah, I'm thinking it may have something to do with the female animations/voice/etc.. I went through the JRamos tutorial vid on ship vendors (where I started this journey), and had the same issue there. Male version, ok, female version, no good. I've even tried cloning an existing in-game female vendor, and can't make that work either. Thanks for the reply!
@@510DeshawnPlays I posted this on Reddit, too, and a responder says they'd made a few female NPC vendors, so it's got to be something I'm off about. Are you able to do it? I want a ship vendor, but even a simple weapons vendor has me stumped.
@@510DeshawnPlays Got it figured out! I hadn't extracted the content resources zip file into the data folder. (didn't know I needed to!) It's all good now for the standard vendor. Ship services still won't convert to female, though. But I'll make it work. Thanks again!
