ATTENTION: This was just patched in 1.8.87 BETA patch for PC just a few hours ago. Super awesome timing on my part. Why Bethesda continually decides to patch these type of glitches in a single player game is beyond me. Currently this will still work for players on Xbox or those who have Opted out of the Beta patch updates on Steam. If you want to take advantage of this glitch and FARM SOME SERIOUS FIRE POWER now is the time to do so before the STABLE patch is released for both Xbox and PC. UPDATE: AS OF THE LATEST 1.8.88 PATCH THIS METHOD NO LONGER WORKS.
I hope they will make it a feature andnot a glitch the way the did with getting knocked into the air by a giant in Skyrim otherwise I will have to use more bat files
FYI: You can access you home ship storage without entering the ship. Just open the menu and press X on console to access your cargo hold. Not sure what it is on PC.
@@circuitscore Also when case farming you can over load your ship and your self. What I do is when the ship is full transfer all the weapons to me then dump them all at the back of my ship so the ship and myself are not over the burden limit. Then I keep farming. Gather up, drop, farm till really full and repeat. Then when you want to go sell stop at a ship vendor and change something on the ship and save. Everything gets put in the cargo hold. Everything. I have a drop room full of weapons. You know the rectangle on the ships round port and aft windows (at the bottom)? I have a room full to the top of that rectangular notch. Of course I've been farming for a one inch Beowulf or hard target legendary or skip shop version. Weapons case 2 for rifles. Side note, I was awed that there was a legendary Equinox. For some reason that rectangle with a trigger resonates as the Starfield rifle for beginners. Damage 52 on that thing unmodified.
if you are Crimson Fleet factioned, you can sell to every shop in the Key spacestation as they will take all items at every shop, don't know if this has been patched of if it was intended that way. I also think that all shops on the Key take stolen and contraband items as well but I have to double check that. Also pretty sure it was intended that way as most shop there have fairly high credit limits
@circuitscore If you use the two mods called Galactic junk recycler, and Legendary Module Recycler with this glitch. You can remove the Legendary parts and buffs off of the weapons and place them on other things. Then any weapon you don't want you can scrap them for resources in the Galactic junk recycler. All you have to do after that is repeat.
As others have said, Kore Kinetics, in the trade tower beside the Astral lounge is a must go for selling weapons in Neon. When I do this credit farming with weapon chests, I start at the Den, sell to the TA guy there, then go to Neon and sell to the TA, Neon Tactical and Kore Kinetics, then to the Key to sell to the TA and then Zuri's Essentials who also has 11-12,000 credits. Next is Hopetown to see the TA guy at the Pit Stop bar. Then to the Red Mile and sell to the bartender. Sometimes I'll hit Centurion Arsenal in New Atlantis but it takes a while to get to her. The rest of these are pretty quick to get to with fast travel. Then I go to my outpost on Bessel III-b, sleep for a couple of hours which is long enough for all vendors to reset, and start the loop again. As i'm going through this loop, if I pass by any TA terminals, i'll sell 5k worth there too, why not?
Don't forget the TA in Cydonia and the TA in The Well in New Atlantis. Also the weapon vendor in Residential in New Atlantis and the weapon vendor with the robot friend in Volii, they all have at least 11k
There are 6-7 places on Neon that will buy weapons. Kore Kenetics only buys weapons and ammo but all the other vendors buy weapons. The issue is the amount of credits. Kore Kenetics has 12,500 credits. Trade Authority has 11k, the others have 5k.
Been doing this method for the last 2 months. Not new to me. What I did start doing new was dumping all the extra guns and gear in the back of my ship. Keep farming, dump gear. Repeat till I need a real world break. Then fly to a port and modify my ship with say a paint job. That moves all the items on ship into the cargo hold. Easier to sell to a vendor on Venus that way. From the cargo hold.

Public warning don't do glitches like this. Anything that creates item IDs will destroy your play through. The only way to fix it is to New game Plus. When they coded the game they didn't make item IDs recycle so soon as you hit about 4 million of a certain item your game will continually crash. This can be done extremely quickly by doing glitches like this or within a couple hundred hours of normal gameplay depending on how you play. If you're going to do glitches like this might as well just use console commands and save your play through that you worked so hard on. Until they address that issue every save is a ticking Time bomb doing glitches like this just removes time from time from the timer
@@UmmerFarooq-wx4yo jettison guns will still keep their ID. They didn't make it to where IDs recycled. I would just use console commands give yourself all the ammo you want. The problem happens coming with x amount of one item being generated though out that play through
No issues yet on my end but thanks for the heads up. Bethesda just patch this in their last beta. So its going to be pretty hard to hit that 4 million threshold in a few days whenever stable releases.
The Kore Kinects in Neon and the Weapons Vendor next door to The Trade Authority in Neon both have over 12000 credits but they only take weapons, ammo, and throwables
@@circuitscore Don’t forget that there is a shop called Neon Technical next to Trade Authority. Kore kinetics you will have to use the elevator by the Astral Lounge
Trying to sell a lot of items in this game is pretty bad. I've resorted to just stealing ships and selling them without registering them. Seems to make credits faster, less traveling and sleeping.
Yes I’ve had my game offline for over a month or more still have all the old vender glitches and Atlantis under map as well not short of anything put it that way 😂 now I’m cashed up with my best own made c class ship my character is level 200 with all the guns and ammunition I’ve come back online continuing my first play through, the glitches help but really too be honest I’ve got better guns and armour just playing the game I don’t even use the abilities on hard and I love it great game 👍 but a big time investment also
@@paulwarwick4499 how did you load an offline game when you already had an online game. I have just bought physical disc but couldn’t download it offline as I already had online game ( which I deleted). It wouldn’t download offline. Any tips?
All trade authority vendors have 11k the den is easyer to go if you have a bounty becass the faction that runs the galaxy where th den is almost never patrols their and due to thag selling conterban is easyer as well
@@circuitscore just tryed the glich and my god i have so much amo and money also ended up with a 2× Gliched advanced legendary microgun 1 with both anti-personal and exterminator more damage to aliens and lacerated/bleed effect and a the 2ne gliched advanced legendary microgun has anti-personal and exterminator and the perk that does more damage the more direct hit I have in a row, a legendary advanced Bridger with elemental,lacerated and rapid wich make a gun fire faster so Islington the glich it seem you can get guns with effects that shouldn't be on weapons. Also got a legendary advanced varoon gun with lacerated,extended mag and rapid
super sucky that Bethesda patched this glich..... going to spam the hell out of it on all of my 5 different character builds before this patch goes live!
its patch dammmmmm...... just tried on xbox nope...... they can fix that but im still falling through the ground in New Atlantis with all the other bugs an glitches typical bethesda.....

Well I tried it with three goes. Stopped big cases kept getting rivets and welders. I just got a couple of green and blue with one gold. Level 80 very hard. The gold is a magshear and due to much later in game damage has it edging out Revenant. I had a ship ready to go so just spent about an hour getting resources. Pretty easy. Not totally sure why exploits seem to be a more important target then fixing the worse bugs. I have the no crew no ramp bug also lost five ships to being invisible or just missing from inventory. I kind of get their point. A couple of youtubers that show and use exploits to get zillions of credits, exploits, have turned around and called it boring. Yeah, if you just get levels, creds, legendarys, XP, gear, etc without mining/grinding/exploring, then yeah, it's boring. Decades ago I ruined intensity of a sim by just typing in more money. Not the Sim's fault.
I really dont understand why they would focus on patching something like this over game breaking bugs that prevents the user from progressing in the game. Yeah if you use these kind of glitches too much the game can get boring. I do try to use this kind of thing in moderation.
You don't need to do anything to your ship. Doing this will fill your ship then fill your inventory which is unlimited. It will just overincumber you but when your done just go back to jemison and drop all the stuff in the box in the basement of the lodge
I’m actually building a polymer and titanium outpost to stock up on resources so I can try this on a massive scale. The outpost is on a level 70 planet too so I should be able to do it right at my outpost.
That sounds awesome! So unfortunately Bethesda has just decided to patch this update in the latest Beta update. If you are on PC I would opt out of the Beta update. If you are on Xbox we have some time before the stable patch is out. In other words we better take full advantage of this now before they drop the patch for everyone!
I had 0 skill points in outpost when I made this video. That's very strange that one would be missing. You have to hover over chests and tab over left and right to find all three types.
@@circuitscore I have been really hard and even if you accidentally open a box before you quick save it still works and it will stay open with a weapon in it.
