The best resort in Veradero.....nice and small and all the staff are great from Elimay to Alberto and the bar staff are the best....been there many times and would go no where else

I've been at this resort 20 years ago. It was called Mercure Cuatro Palmas back then, and I found a huge cockroach in my shower the very first night. It hasn't changed a bit, except the name. Good memories, although I would never go back there.

I just got back from this beautiful resort. The grounds are very well kept and the gardeners work very hard at keeping them beautiful. The cleaning staff do an amazing job at keeping everything clean and tidy. I was very pleased with everything except one down side. The dinning room staff are a tad on the rude side. We tipped everyday and no amount of tips got adequate service. There were about 5 wait staff that were pleasant and accommodating, the rest were rude and dismissive. One morning we asked 4 times for coffee and still never got it. Don’t get me wrong, we don’t believe we should be catered to hand and foot, but asking for a coffee is pretty small ask . Other than that I was very impressed with this resort

I'm going to keep this short and sweet. This is a one star resort at very best. The place is a dump, run down and all they wanna do is suck as much money out of you as possible. Save your money and go someplace else.

The hotel is very nice but empty, where are the tourists, let me guess, they are in Punta Cana HAHAHAHAHAH.
