The first time Eclipso appeared out of comics was in the Justice League episode “Eclipsed”. And even then, that technically wasn’t Eclipso but the collective consciousness of snake people. Eclipso deserves to be in more stuff and this show deserves credit for using him more effectively.

We're at the "wait and see" stage with this Eclipso. He isn't often used outside comics because he's an almighty fallen angel, but also a little one note. His schemes are usually limited to finding powerful people to possess, but this Eclipso seems to be branching out from that.
