I have very bad experience with this model and also with the Starq company , the machine did not last for 2 washes, did send it to their service center, nothing happened, instead they are blaming that my house is does not have proper electricity. By the way I stay in a posh location in Hyderabad. By good brands for piece of mind. Star Q expects you to be tech savy to use the machine.
