Trey goes home and ignores Starr. Later he rants about Joe. He died in his arms and he didn't even get to say goodbye. He had a great dad who loved him and supported him and suddenly all that vanished. But did Sonny have to shoot him? Starr does not think he should jump to conclusions and start a war with Sonny. Sonny comes by. He apologizes to Trey for his loss, but Trey does not want to hear it. He tries to throw Sonny out, but he won't leave until they talk about Kate. Alexis arrives to help.
Michael approaches Monica at the estate. Upset, he informs her about the events at the pier. Jason was shot and has not been found. Monica drops her cup and grabs Michael's arm. "Not my son," she gasps. Michael thinks there still might be a chance and comments he has been like a father to him. Monica barks out that Jason is not his father. Michael only meant he was close to him. Monica is sorry. After everything Jason has been though this isn't fair. Michael hugs her hard and tells her as long as he is here she is not alone.
Michael arrives at Metro Court looking for Carly. Connie compliments him on his ass. Carly is busy, but she isn't. She knows he isn't getting any from that priss Starr.
