Starrun R20 E-bike Review: $899 SUPER-budget full-suspension folder?! 

That issue with your health hitting the bike and not being able to pedal correctly is a deal breaker. If it wasn’t for this this ebike would be amazing and perfect for the low price.

Thanks for another honest review. I'd love for you to evaluate the new tadpole trikes that are hitting the market this Summer.

The rear rack also being sprung is a rarity, this bike would be perfect for hauling! As well as getting hauled when the tires go flat which is inevitable as CST's ebike tires are cheaply made.

What is your opinion on their customer service?

The ankle-bruising flared -out frame portion alone would be a dealbreaker for me, until there was another version that came out with a “correction” to that issue. It probably works for SOMEONE’s body symmetry, but apparently not for everyone.

Buyer BEWARE!Customer service and warranty is 0 stars. Bought this and the battery won’t charge or hold a charge. I’ve been trying to get the company to honor the 1 yr warranty to no avail. No phone number only messaging that delete after 10 days. Don’t bother with this bike!

DO NOT BUY THIS eBIKE!(and here's why) I bought this e-bike approximately 39 days ago and in this short time I've had game changing issues with the following: 1. Kickstand {steel attachment bolts stripped out aluminum frame hole} 2. Headlamp {VERY dim & ineffective} 3. Rear "seat".{particle board stripped out fasteners} 4. Tire & rim compatibility {tire will not properly "bead" causing separation} 5. Total brake system (calipers, pads, levers & cabling)cheap under spec for a bike of this weight/speed} 6. Chain & sprocket pairing {cheap and stretches quickly} 7. Controller pad USB port {USB port denter post broke away after 2 uses 8. Frame-foldpoint locking hinge {hinge lock becomes loose after 3 uses} 9. Manual incomplete {manual written in poor English and missing MOST component data 10. No mention ANYWHERE of controller functions {can't properly use controller with no instructions 11. Customer service honesty & integrity {poor or no #nglish} And since I've only had it a month I'm sure that more is to come.
