I have a question. I LOVE Shemodern. I can’t do burnishing right I think. My pigments are sticking to the nail polish, and won’t dust off. Anything you can think that would cause that? I don’t see you using topcoat before you start art. Are you stamping against raw nail polish with no topcoat, Or you have put topcoat on?

Oh yes I do use a glossy top coat before I stamp. I wait for it to be fully dry before I stamp. Put pigment on. I wait at least a few minutes before brushing the pigment off. I want the stamping polish to dry a bit.
