Yet, they all seem rather obsessed with their careers as opposed to telling others about the Good News of the Kingdom. So claims are very easy to make. It is said that they had to shun people who disfellowship "GOD," which is UNREASONABLE. many disfellowshipped each year. (i am ex-JW). You can't even do blood transfusions but to let that person die because of their LOYALTY and that religion's wickedness. I am a music lover and I listen to a lot of artists from all walks of life "traditional music, classical music, rock, pop , electro, etc..." and when I compare Watchtower productions to that, it is obvious that the latter are often pale copies of what we can listen to "outside this religion". Apart from two or three pieces, the rest is of rather mediocre quality. So I imagine the sub-quality that Prince would have produced in this context... ​

Yea, although I never was a JW I know all about it as I’ve studied it and know people who were disfellowshipped. When I began watching this video I thought it was going to be about celebrities who WERE JW’s, but this video claims most still are, how this is impossible is beyond my comprehension as I’ve known JW’s who were disfellowed for playing video games and watching movies like Lord of the Rings. Celebrities like the Wayans brothers appear in movies with swearing and violence, and don’t even get me started on that female model. Even if she wasn’t being sexual in her photos, she’s still a model, displaying her beauty for money, which is a MASSIVE no fing way to the JW’s. Even the Williams sisters, the JW religion frowns upon being overly competitive in sports and Venus and Serena are the most competitive of all. So yea, it’s either these people are living by different rules, or I just don’t even know. Maybe the “elders” in the LA/Hollywood area are much more laid back and lax than somewhere like West Virginia, I mean they would have to be.

I always felt like an outsider at school, couldn’t join in any holidays that I desolately wanted to, and is of that wasn’t bad enough, was an outsider with our own relatives. Seeing photos of their Christmas gatherings and bdays and knowing I didn’t get to join the fun with my cousins. And little things like being told Santa and the tooth fairy and Easter bunny, etc. are all fake to a young child? Being a JW is a childhood innocence killer.

following the bible in abstaining from blood is a protection. before i returned to Jehovah i had a blood transfusion and found out that they dont screen for many diseases and viruses. Now im infected with a chronic virus that has made my life awful. If i would of refused a transfusion i would of been saved from that. Our medical system makes society think that transfusions are the only way to save or help others. This is mis information and its all about making $$$

The truth is buried in RU-vid. My conclusion is that the major, mainstream religions today, are the cults. These ones are the ones who have formed the definition of a cult, not realizing that the definition points to them. The three basic dictrines in maistream religion are false. The trinity does not exist, hell is a pagan doctrine, like the trinity dictrine and the imortal soul is a lie. I fiound that Satan has his religion with the just mentioned doctrinal beliefs, and God has his dictrines that directly oppose Satan,s. Religions that have Satan,s doctrines as well as missconceptions resulting from false doctrines are false religions. Satan does not run any kind of parallel doctrines with the true religion,s beliefs. Satan tries to make you believe that his doctrines are true. A true christian should know that you can,t christianize pagan doctrines, and that the true God would distance Himself from these satanic beliefs. Satan us a liar, resulting in everything he does and says, is a lie. His lies do not counterfeit God,s truth, they are in contrast. When Joshua went into the promised land, he was to destroy all Cananites as well as their religious beliefs. I guess I question being a member of any organization that can dictate beliefs and influence its members. Organizational policy can be detrimental to the membership. Usually after the first few months a person will know if they want to do something or if they're interested or not. If you go out and try to sell candy to a person and they keep letting you talk about your product as if they are interested, then just to say " I don't want it" after you spend so much time and effort into presenting, of course it would be a bummer because of all the hard work you put In just to get nothing out.

They use the word “worship” for Jehovah and “do obedience” for Jesus... yet in the kingdom interlinear the Greek word is the same “ego ami” meaning “I am”. The NWT removes the deity of Christ.

I had one Catholic fellow dedicate seven full months in persecuting me at the job because I was a JWs. He was the foreman and his shouting at me made me catch my finger in the kick press. Had to take two weeks off to recover. When I went back, I found him with his nose stuffed with cotton. He had shouted at this other new fellow while I was gone and the fellow had broken his nose.
