There's a part of me that wished they'd get world famous, but a selfish part of me wants to keep their talent to myself. Awesome band. They're clearly inspired by some pretty good sounds. Very well put together, strong vocals to top the compositions. :)

reasons halo is my favorite song, The first verse is saying how there's this darkness that sometimes the one's we love are going through "I can see you running running, everytime from the same darkness, it's soming, coming, but you are not alone" in basically how no matter how dark or how tough the stuff someone is going through, there is always someone who is ready to help you, if you're willing "If you just say the word, i'll be there by your side, you make me more, you make me superhuman" basically it's saying that when the person we love or someone in particular is needing help, we who want to help, are ready to sit and listen and help, become like superman a beacon of hope the second verse is basically our turn now, "you're the sun, you're the day" its basically "i love you, you are my everything" beautiful the choir "send out the signal and i'll fly low, if it means my death, i won't let go, and if I'm lost in the world's shadows, i'll use the light that comes to me, from your halo" it is saying, we are ready to fight for those that we love, facing hell and death because we love them, the whole point of "die for you" and lastly from 2:53 to 3:07 is just beautiful, this is without a doubt one of Starset's best songs, it's my favorite for a reason

Can't believe it was 8 years ago

This is the song that finally got me to go and listen to Starset's whole catalogue, after previously only being familiar with a couple of their songs. Now I've listened to the rest, I don't necessarily think Halo is one of their best, but that doesn't stop it from being one of my very favorites.
