So glad I started my podcast when I did! Even if it's just to learn how to do it, or how to talk to people (or talk by yourself) it's a great skill to have. Especially if you edit them yourself like I do, you pick up on your own mannerisms or how often you use ums and erms to fill silences and become better at speaking as well as learning basic editing techniques. Even if it's for your own benefit, I'd hugely recommend doing it!
I really wanna know what people in Vaynernation are working on. Is starting a podcast something you're gonna do for your personal brand or business? Comment below.

DAMN Gary, I'm so f*cking grateful for all the fire you spit in your meetings and talks -- its helping me find the words to value my skills so much more; I really appreciate your drive and generosity and SELF-CONFIDENCE like so many others. I'm someone who had no exposure to that kind of attitude and in fact, got the opposite growing up. When you lack confidence (and have shame in its place), but know what you are capable of, its like running around with a weighted vest or parachute giving you extra drag all the time. Men like you are like doses of rocket fuel to burn up the trash.
Gary Vaynerchuk: Just so you know, YOU ARE the reason I stopped consuming so much and STARTED. It was myself as well, but sometimes a person just needs to hear: "stop fucking watching and start fucking DOING." It's true though. I used to be a drug dealer, I've just found now how to flip it into something else. You are great Gary, and everything you say is so True! I love you and your work, passion never gets left unnoticed! Podcast being started today. Funny because I was just thinking of this yesterday and then you have a video about it and now I'm Doing. I think the difference is, some people sit around and wish, and others "take it and use it." Meaning, if one of my mentors says something, it's not up for debate; I take the information and I use it. It's simple. Thank you to you and your team, I highly appreciate you all! Have a very well day! 😃💜🌎🛫🎤📝🏆
thanks Gary. I'm trying to create different content on every platform every day as well as driving my truck 600+ miles per day and start my drone business #hustle haven't been home in 7 weeks
what you guys think what this man doing a whole day ... ? he is speaking so much because he is boss , not doing job .. no fear to loose job , no pressure to earn money and bear expense of whole family.. Can't wait to check out INSCAPE. Excellent point about traditional newspaper verses an Instagram post. Kick game strong in this episode! 4D's looks super duper FUN. ;)
Now everyone is going to start a podcast b/c they're inspired by this video. I'm 2 years in and still feel behind. I've also seen a lot of folks pod fade. When I started in a community I was partnered with 2 other people. I launched my show in 90 days. The only reason it took that long is the fact I was trying to learn how to edit. Outsource. Needless to say, the other 2 never launched. Podcasting is a lot of work, but it's worth it. It has opened doors! - **Networking With Michelle Show Apple & Android
Michelle Ngome Appreciate your input. Are there any tips you can share about starting a podcast, any advice for those starting on a low budget for example. please link your podcast too I'd love to check it out!
Love podcasts and have just started my own called ComposerCast to document my journey to becoming a video game composer. Feel free to leave any questions on here about composing, games, music theory, etc. and I'll make sure to answer them in the next episode 🎧
There is a small business in Wales that wave empty glass jars around in a Welsh field and sell them to rich businessmen in China. I think that country has far too much money swimming around if they are spending it on shit like that. lol
For the camera guy: Make sure the shutter speed is set to 1/60 (or whatever double the frame rate you're shooting at). It should get rid of the interlacing on the indoor lighting. Not a big issue, but can clear up that distracting interlacing. Keep up the incredible work!
btw: you look and sound like my boot camp instructor. sound like him, work out and have the same mentality as him. i felt that motivation then and he made me a squad leader. I feel that here and now and i want to thank you for waking me back up.
Brian Tobias I draw awesome pictures @truesoma on Instagram and I make RU-vid videos, rn my channel is art based but I'm trying to branch out into more genres
"[I think you should podcast]...it's even easier ... you don't have to be handsome " 😂 keep doin that thing you do ... you're saving an entire generation of (slightly older) entrepreneurs ... also: thnx 💛
I'm going to start to daily vlogging again, this time I'll be putting out more content related to my life and starting my Lawn Care business at 18 years old. Drop in every now and then and watch!
Hey Gary, my name is Taku and I'm a writer living in Melbourne, Australia. This year I decided to take some time off Instagram (which I love to smithereens) so that I could 'Go Deep'. It's something you talk about a lot - going deep, not wide. I decided to focus on audio storytelling not photos and video, and I recently started a podcast called Two Words with Taku on iTunes. It's all about my love of writing - everything from creative writing, comedy writing to technical writing. I'm doing it to explore, learn and share about writing in a different way as I work towards producing my own TV shows and films. I very rarely comment on videos, but today I saw this one 'Start a Podcast' and I HAD to put my hand up and say that I have. It's the best thing in my world right now because I feel creatively free and peacefully content, making the creative content that frees me. It's opening my eyes in many incredible ways, most of all giving me the confidence to just tell the stories that tickle me and also the confidence to approach and talk to people who love the same #writerlife things. Things are happening a lot more organically! So yes, I'd really like to encourage any one else out there who's considering starting a podcast to just try it. It's a bit fiddly at the beginning when you need to buy the gear, learn how to use it, learn how to edit audio etc, but it's so worth it. Even if you do it on your phone, write a few topics and just start. Listen to how you speak. Listen to how you listen (especially in interviews). Yoh! There's something very liberating about letting your heart speak about the thing(s) that make you happy. You will surprise yourself. I didn't realise I loved writing this deeply until I focused to write and podcast about it. Oh and Gary, for the last few months I've honestly thought I'd love to call in or sit and interview you, but then the other day I saw a video where your ghostwriter Stephanie made a cameo and SHE got me excited. So once I figure out how to record phone and/or Skype interviews to my computer, I would love, love, love to chat to her about how she turns your words and fire into books. I'll reach out via her website but I'll let you know if I get stuck! Okies, this was meant to be a short comment. Ha! Honestly, Gary your words and work are great. Thank you and please say hello if you're ever in Melbourne.
Gary is one of the people who pushed me to starting Fitness Candor Podcast. It's just over 3500 downloads now and up to 63 episodes...booked out until early May!
I use podbean to publish to iTunes, etc. I record through Skype and mix with GarageBand. Mic is a Samson Go and some pretty inexpensive Samson headphones.
There is one Daily Vee (I will find it and reference it) where Gary says that "Interns will be paying companies to allow them to work there" because that education is more valuable than college. That was like 2 years ago....Now we have 4D; people paying to visit Vaynermedia and get an education that they can't get anywhere else. Another great prediction.
Hey Gary! I am 13 and I love entrepreneurship and the idea of choosing what you do yourself. I would love to ask you a few questions. I feel like I am the only one interested in this, and I want to know what to do, because I really don't know what to do from here 😦 Keep hustling!

Hey Gary, I've been blogging (on WordPress.com and WordPress.org) for five years. I started contemplating a podcast but wanted to know what's a good platform to start from?
Turn back the clock to how I came to be A kid with a dream who's so angry A loner on guitar and skipping out on class And teachers keep telling me that I won't last Half past eight and I'm about to break Doctor's keep saying it's my A.D.D (Straight F's on your card) Yeah that means "Fuck you!" Saying I'm crazy and to drop the rockstar Dream and be a good doctor "I'd make a good doc" Maybe I could make a good lawyer somehow
