Hey girl! I had that same plateau, start by getting a trim, cut every dead part off, split ends be gone. Make sure you are using a protein treatment once evey month for high porosity hair and a deep conditioner at every wash day. I use the ORS hair Mayonnaise as my regular deep conditioner. Wash your hair in sections and keep ur ends away.. about your edges many factors could be at play, one, you may have an nutrient deficit, maybe Iron, you maybe putting styles that are too tight, maybe postpartum hair lose etc. If u suspect number 1, see a doc. Lay off braids with extensions, wigs that need glue or even have lace, and sleep on a satin pillow case, also check your diet, eating balanced helps hair growth.. I hope this helps.❤❤

@@christyhannahlife I just trimmed my ends for the 1st time in 2-3 years so I hope that'll help. I never used protein treatments I will be trying that I use to wear tight braids and high puffs so I know that's what caused it but it's like it's spreading to the point they almost bald. I just started putting Jamaican black castor oil do you have any recommendations or hair routines I can follow?? I also just started cleaning eating this year and I might do need to check with my Dr for any deficiency I've heard alot about that. I also never stretched my hair because im so scared of heat damage can I stretch it without heat can that be the reason I'm not retaining length?
