@@RaniaSAFWAT-sx4uxWhat works for me is either taking one goal at a time, either grouping together similar goals. For instance, all academic goals are grouped together, whilst my financial goals are in another category. Then I just tackle the hardest goal in each list. In order to do so, I start by turning that specific goal into a list of tiny steps, which are also turned into tinier steps, until I end up with steps like “clean your room -> make your bed -> put some music on”. Make sure you don’t have too many goals and evenly distribute them along the 12-month timeframe you have. Good luck! Have a nice day.
