Idk if it’s a coincidence but after KAIRI used Julian against evos and dominated I have seen a lot more Julian in ranked games, idk if it’s because of kairi or the buffs that Julian is back
Beto when you use Julian's skills and they don't register it might just be your phone or something I can fast combo my Julian skills fine except enchanced ultimate as it always get misplaced when the combo is too fast I'd have to use the enhanced ultimate after a slight 0.3 second delay
Julian is quite literally easy to rank up with, what are you on about? plus he actually gives advice in every single video he does and it helps people saying "fooling people for content" while he isn't, you're just hating for no reason.
idk but i am spamming this build on julain from legend to mythic25 and it is Arcane boots or magic boots(if enemy has too cc then boots for faster cd) concentrate energy (spell vamp cuz he can spam his skill an sustain) feather of heaven(for more enhance basic attack) Then build defence item or can add holy crystal, divine glave according to the situation ❤❤

Heres the explanation as to why your skills sometimes won’t register when cycling Julian’s skills at 2:21 Julian won’t get his empowered ability until he casts the first 2 abilities. The remaining ability will completely change to the new upgraded ability. Tapping/cycling too fast will buffer Julian to cast the old ability instead of the upgraded ability. Meaning; the game only registers the old ability to cast, but since the old ability gets replaced by the new ability, the original cast of the old ability is now gone. This isn’t a bug, it’s intended to work like that. To counteract this you have to time your 3rd ability to cast when your 2nd ability is done casting. This will ensure that you can cycle your combo the fastest. It’s not always about being fast, proper timing and technique is also as important.
This thing always happen to me when I use gusion , it's so annoying dying bcz the skill 1 doesn't register and I recall the dagger back before going into the enemy

You didn't build Starlium Scythe which is in my opinion is a very strong item for Julian..it benefits him so much with burst and sustain..I recommend it, maybe Next time you play Julian 😂

i think that unregistered taps are because of the sweats in ur finger and it left behind in phone and phones dont react if u tap 2 place at the same time i had these problems sometimes especially in summer because of the high temperature causing me to sweat

5:31 i encounter the same problem with Freya right now, her 2nd skill is spammable, so when i try to basic attack and press 2nd skill many times in quick succession, it doesn’t register most of the time, they should really really fix this. Kinda scary that Julian's being recognized now. I started using him often to get out of Legend during solo queue, and he is EXTREMELY good as a jungler or even EXP lane. But now he's prolly gonna get banned a lot in the higher ranks
2 3 1 = dmg combo 2 1 3 = cc combo 1 3 2 = free pass through all day combo. All can be deadly and with the basic attacks it becomes hard for some heroes to escape

Julian buff has increased his magic power at all levels All wanna copy overrated top global builds which dont have enough CDR, imo. With Mage emblem, make Starlight Scythe as the first item and you'll see a HUGE power spike between 5 mins of the game. Then go for Feather of Heaven. Order should go like - Magic boots > Starlium Scythe > Feather of Heaven > Holy crystal > (The above first three items are also core items for Julian.) The second last slot can be opted between three items 1. Concentrated energy (sustain) 2. Windtalker ( if you cant keep up in 1v1 fights and for pushing ) 3.Divine Glaive last slot can be taken for any defence item according to enemy's line up or maybe for winter truencheon-immortality clutch switch. ps:- I feel Genius Wand penetration points are now useless against newly buffed Radiant Armor. With that, No one makes Radiant armor in early game. Hence the Starlium Scythe.
