GREETINGS FROM SOUTH CAROLINA USA.I MYSELF enjoy this type of stuff. We as Americans live in a throw society. We have by in large forgot about rebuilding anything. So sad. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK YOU DO.
@@aliabbas2010 u kidding me? Have u seen the way they work? Rinsing out batteries on the ground for an example and u wanna hire them to save the enviroment🤔
@@aliabbas2010 Check his environment and all others working with acids, oils etc. flowing right into the ground and tell me again about saving the environment.
Well done great job, today we throw everything away and replace it with new but you have just shown that need not be the case. Reuse, repair and recycle is the way forward .
I used to “do” these in machines worth millions of euros and loved how the machines made them, seeing someone rebuild it completely by hand and with so few tools is really mind blowing, respect 👍👍👍
How many years did it take to become this good? Never having seen this type of work before, I wasn't planning to be overly impressed at the very beginning. But I kept watching, and the more I watched, the more I understood the skill this takes. Every tap of the hammer, every movement made was a slow march done with purpose and precision. I'm a very impressed guy from the US. Thank you for the video.
@@ahmedace4911 yes, you can try to repair the stators of broken power tools, such as a drill or a grinder, for such things you do not need expensive tools and the stator itself can be replaced in your hands, buy or find it at a low price and sell at a profit, read about coils and electric motors collect equipment or find a master at the Free Guild of Various Crafts and Entrepreneurs I do not know how to translate it into English but in the country where I live it is possible to find a master who by law must be an electromechanic or electrician with whom you will practice and gain knowledge or become a self-taught
this is nothing special really mechanics anywhere can do that , my dad used to do shit like this in the soviet union ... but why would you pay someone more money on the labor if you can get a brand new part with warranty? .. you guys want to live and earn money like in a western country but pay someone for their job like a third world country? fuck that shit
@@Eye-it-azz thats exactly what im saying...in india they rebuild a lot of parts because its WORTH IT , in the west they DONT because its NOT WORTH IT, NOT because they dont know how to rebuild starters in the west
Again it astounds me that for what us westerners would have payed for a couple of cups of coffee from a well known international Coffee company, you can get a armature rewind for less! I’m really impressed with the thoroughness of the person who is rebuilding this commutator with much less than a handful of tools and a very good eye for detail. These skills that your man is showing would have once been done in the very same way that has been done today, with no less attention to detail. Please convey our gratitude 🙏 to the skilled worker shown in this wonderful video. Let him know of our comments about his work please. Many thanks to you and your company and for sharing this great video with the rest of the world, sometimes it’s nice to see how it’s done ✅ and tell the youth today that not everything is made or repaired by automated systems. To show the children of our future that we used to get our hands dirty everyday and wash them before we leave work for home. Thank you peace and blessings to you and your family ....Phil
Thanks very much for praising him and his skills ,your details comments much much appreciated and please let the world know that we Pakistani are hard working peoples and peace loving and not terrorist as the world media portraying us .thanks once again for taking ur precious time and God bless you and entire family and ur country ameen
@@khaankhaan2714 there is a bad apple in a box, every where in the world. But in these videos: my respect and appreciation for the Pakistani people, very humble and respectful 🙏. It reminded my good old friend WASAF ALI. well educated and good family values.
Всё о сварке и самоделках. Please English please, I wish that I could understand/ speak Russian, it’s a beautiful language that since I was a boy wanted to learn, unfortunately God didn’t give me the gift of tongues. So if I may ask you to repeat in English. Have a good day!
Always impressed with the quality, level of detail, ingenuity and sheer hard work that is portrayed on this channel. My hat is off to you and the team on this channel. These skills are / have disappeared / not promoted in the western world. Keep up the great work.
holy cow thats impressive.. we get nothing like that in america anymore i found.. labor here is 90-125.00 per hour for mechanic work. That skill is so old school.. nice to see it alive still
The problem is the mentality. My thirty-year-old ASEtraining has taught me how to rebuild all kinds of parts but the auto parts store does not stock the components to rebuild anymore they just offer the whole remanufactured part from China.as a mechanic I'm totally capable of doing it just can't get the seals and all of the extra little parts in USA. Last time I asked for a rebuild kit for a newer brake caliper the guy at the auto parts store looked at me like I was crazy "nobody rebuild stuff anymore you're a rare breed" he said. which makes no sense by the reman that's probably going to fail way sooner for 250 or I can rebuild it myself with the proper tools techniques and experience for 35 if I could get the parts.
It's more about time, for doing something like this anywhere where the economy is in a healthy condition, it's not worth the time investment, for doing a job like this, you need someone who knows what he does and pretty much the entire day or more, it's all about the economy, these guys don't make in the entire year what other mechanics make in a week... Just shows how fucked up the economy is in some country's.
@@UmbraWeiss That's not correct my point is I can rebuild a brake caliber for about $50 warranty it for 5years myself all faster that it takes to go to the store and get a reman that will fail in a few months that costs $175. Store refuses to sell the rebuild kit they used to make the reman. Rebuilding starters is not something a mechanic normally does because this is just a small part of a starter the brushes and casing are the parts that normally go first.
When the economy crashes the people who have these requisite skills will be able to make a living while people who can't will be unemployed. It's a good idea to watch videos like this to relearn how to do things like rebuilding motors, rewinding transformers and other heavy-duty electrical parts.
Most impressive workmanship I've seen in years.........this gives me hope that we're not all turning into automated morons......thanks for a great upload dudes
Amazing work gentlemen. Good to see some people still repairing parts, not just throwing things away. I have never seen any workshop in my country doing any work of that depth.
This was common practise until the ready availability of affordable replacement parts made the skills and practice uneconomical. Cheap spares, good stocks and next day delivery rendered such practices obsolete in most Western countries.

Now that’s what i call rebuilding a starter..... these guys waste NOTHING!!!!!! Western civilization is years ahead of these guys but oh so far behind!!!
@Norm T struck a nerve did i???🤔🤔🤔...i never said there wasn’t any in the west... but any shop you put a vehicle in for a bad starter they just replace it with a remanufactured one not rebuild it in house.... oh and by the way.. you calling me a moron was a good chuckle for me😂😂😂.... i’ve been called a lot worse by better people than you... sticks and stones .. sticks and stones

@@nobodyspecial6436 a reman starter, is rebuilt, but in a different location. So why would it really matter? It’s called efficiency. It’s more effective and cost effective for the customer.
I had this issue in London. 5 workshops could not even understand the problem. The one place that did rewinds quoted over 1500£ and two weeks work. Hats off for you, guys.
Awesome work! This makes me realize how wasteful we can be on the other side of the world. You are knowledgeable AND resourceful. Keep the videos coming. Greetings from California. JF
This reminds me of a time my starter failed. G.M. 6.2 Diesel more than $250. I was broke a friend suggested that I rebuild it. Never heard of that option but I was broke. New bushings and brushes less than $15 that starter lasted longer than the relationship with the truck. This is the next level I'm impressed thanks for the shared knowledge. May your GOD BLESS YOU.
this was for 10, you can't do better with this this tools, remarkable work and i really don't know how could someone dislike this video? i want to see their work on starter rewinding and rebuilding. this was a perfect job
OMG, fond memories, this was a job i did early in my career, working for my dad, nothing got thrown out it got rebuilt, and the test light was 220vac lol
Pretty amazing. In the US, we would just buy a new one and bill the customer for parts and labor, which would be much more than this guy gets for rebuilding it.
@@mehmoodmustafa6877 In the US they would double the cost of the part and add $90 an hour for labor to install it. They would also bill for an hour, even if the job took only 20 minutes. People would pay without question. It just does not make sense to have the part rebuilt. Additionally, if the vehicle is under warranty, a new part is required, which the manufacturer pays for, including labor. Pakistan is a poor country. Rebuilding the alternator is necessary because people do not have the money for new parts. In the US, the average person makes $60,000 a year and many make over $100,000. I was a teacher. Today people with over 20 years experience earn more than $100,000, and people with 30 years may earn over $120,000. When we retire, we get a pension. Those who have 30 years and retire at the top are probably getting $80,000. plus free health insurance. This is why in the US we have expensive houses, cars, boats, computers, cell phones, cameras, and fly around the world to see other countries. Also, nobody has to learn how to fix anything. They pay others to fix it, or they just buy a new one. It is a different world. On the other hand, it costs over $70,000 a year to attend a top university.
Я один заметил что он провода без изоляции т.е. без лака поставил....понятно что вал с якорем не контачит, но работать стартер с таким ротором не будет 100% провода между собой замкнет!!!
