Thank you! We used to set up s.r.o.'s say 4-5 years ago, since that now much and there have been many changes so I actually do not feel qualified enough to make a video about this topic for now :( I aim to provide genuine, real and useful information which in this case might not be the case.

excellent ! Thank you, this video is very helpful. With a trade License, can we produce an invoice ? To produce one or two invoice a month, how much would cost the accountant ? how does it work with the VAT number ? do we have to have a VAT ? Do we have a limit of profit with a trade license ? can you open a bank account for us ?

Thank you for the video! Do you need a "Souhlas s místem podnikání" to get a trade license (Živnostenský list) even if there are no customers or anybody coming to your place?

Yes, and I think it even falls under the more complicated version of it (qualified trade license). You generally need to have education or professional qualification for such business.

Well, it depends. You should have a trade license if you have a regular income above some threshold.
