Ingredients Overview Before you dive into making pizza, let’s look at the core components of a great pizza: dough, sauce, and toppings. a. Dough Ingredients The foundation of pizza lies in the dough. Here are the typical ingredients: Flour: All-purpose flour or bread flour is most common, with bread flour giving a chewier texture. Water: Pizza dough needs water to hydrate the flour and activate the yeast. Yeast: This makes the dough rise. You can use instant, active dry, or fresh yeast. Salt: Essential for flavor and also helps control yeast activity. Olive Oil: Adds flavor and makes the dough a bit softer. Sugar (optional): Some recipes add sugar to speed up yeast fermentation and improve browning in the crust. b. Sauce Ingredients While pizza sauce can vary, a traditional pizza features a tomato-based sauce. Common ingredients include: Canned Tomatoes: San Marzano tomatoes are the gold standard for a classic sauce. Garlic: For extra flavor. Olive Oil: Helps bind the sauce and enhances flavor. Basil and Oregano: Common herbs in pizza sauce. Salt and Pepper: To season the sauce. c. Toppings Toppings can be as simple or as creative as you like. The three main categories are: Cheese: Mozzarella is the most common, but provolone, parmesan, and ricotta can add unique flavors. Vegetables: Onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, spinach, and olives are popular. Meats: Pepperoni, sausage, ham, bacon, and chicken are the most common meats for pizza. 2. Making the Dough a. The Science Behind Pizza Dough Pizza dough is a type of bread dough made with wheat flour, water, yeast, and salt. The process of making pizza dough involves hydration, gluten formation, and fermentation. Gluten gives the dough its elasticity and chewiness, while fermentation develops the flavor and structure. b. Steps to Make the Dough from Scratch Here’s a step-by-step guide to making pizza dough: Ingredients: 500 grams (about 4 cups) of bread flour or all-purpose flour 325 grams (about 1 ⅓ cups) of water 10 grams (2 teaspoons) of salt 3 grams (about 1 teaspoon) of yeast (instant or active dry) 20 grams (about 1 ½ tablespoons) of olive oil Instructions: Activate the yeast: If you’re using active dry yeast, dissolve it in warm water (not hot) with a pinch of sugar. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it becomes foamy. Instant yeast can be mixed directly into the flour. Mix the flour and water: In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and water. Stir with a spoon or your hand until it forms a shaggy dough. Add the yeast and salt: Add the foamy yeast mixture (or instant yeast) and salt to the dough. Mix until the ingredients are incorporated. Knead the dough: Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes. The dough should be smooth and elastic. If it’s too sticky, add a little more flour. First rise: Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth or plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours, or until it has doubled in size. c. Tips for Dough Fermentation Fermentation develops both the texture and flavor of the dough. Here are some tips: Cold fermentation: After kneading, you can let the dough rise slowly in the refrigerator for 24-72 hours. This gives the dough more flavor and structure. Room temperature fermentation: If you're short on time, a warm place will speed up the process, but the flavor will be less developed. Punching down the dough: After the first rise, punch down the dough to remove excess air and redistribute the yeast. d. Shaping the Dough Once the dough has risen, it’s time to shape it: Turn out the dough: Gently transfer the dough onto a floured surface. Stretch the dough: Use your hands to stretch and shape the dough into a circle or rectangle. Start from the center and work outward, being careful not to tear the dough. Form a crust: Pinch the edges to form a thicker crust if desired. Docking the dough (optional): You can poke small holes in the dough with a fork to prevent air bubbles during baking. 3. Preparing the Sauce a. Types of Pizza Sauce Traditional pizza sauce is tomato-based, but there are other options like pesto, white sauce (alfredo or béchamel), or even no sauce at all for certain styles (e.g., white pizza). b. Recipe for Classic Tomato Sauce Ingredients: 1 can (28 ounces) of whole peeled tomatoes (San Marzano tomatoes are ideal) 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar (optional) Fresh basil leaves (optional) Instructions: Cook the garlic: In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, until fragrant. Add tomatoes: Crush the tomatoes by hand or use a blender for a smoother sauce. Add them to the saucepan. Simmer: Add salt and sugar (if desired). Simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens. If using fresh basil, add it towards the end of cooking. Cool the sauce: Let the sauce cool slightly before using it on the pizza. c. Alternative Sauces You can also try: Pesto sauce: For a fresh, herby flavor. White garlic sauce: A creamy option made with butter, garlic, cream, and parmesan. BBQ sauce: Ideal for BBQ chicken pizzas. 4. Topping Your Pizza a. Choosing the Right Cheese Mozzarella is the traditional choice, specifically low-moisture mozzarella for its perfect melting and browning properties. Fresh mozzarella (packed in water) gives a more luxurious texture but can release moisture while baking, so it's often used sparingly. Other cheeses include: Parmesan: Adds a salty, nutty flavor. Provolone: Melts beautifully and adds a sharper flavor. Ricotta: Used as dollops on the pizza for a creamy contrast. b. Preparing Vegetables and Meats Vegetables: Slice vegetables thinly so they cook evenly. Pre-cooking is recommended for heartier veggies like mushrooms or peppers. Meats: If using raw meat (like sausage or chicken), cook it beforehand to ensure it is fully done. Cured meats like pepperoni can go on raw. c. How to Layer Toppings Properly Sauce: Start with a thin, even layer of sauce. Too much sauce can make the pizza soggy. Cheese: Apply an even layer of cheese, making sure to leave some room at the edges for the crust. Toppings: Add vegetables and meats. Avoid overloading the pizza, as it can lead to uneven cooking. 5. Baking the Pizza a. Oven Setup Home ovens can’t reach the high temperatures of commercial pizza ovens, but they can still bake great pizza. Preheat the oven: Preheat to the highest setting, usually around 500-550°F (260-290°C). Make sure the oven is fully heated before you bake the pizza. Position the oven rack: Place your oven rack in the lowest or second-lowest position. This helps create a crispy crust.
Imma have to tell you Fumblit, the mastery for stain doesn't have an ultimate, at least not yet. The mastery movesets had usually shared the same ult movesets withe the base ones until HBG just added one for Mastery Deku. So even if you get it, you'll probably have to wait until they add one to the mastery.
Makes you wonder if anyone else will get a mastery. I personally would like todoroki to get one (even tho he's perfectly fine as is, just would make him even cooler)
As a certified base stain main. Lemme tell you a combo I do. 3m1s, downslam, Thousand slashes, m1, knives, downslam, grab, downslam, curdle pierce (Hits 99% of the time if you do it immediately), lick, front dash, 3 slow m1s, downslam, knives. It does around 80 something percent. You just need to waste their evasive. And if you do pull it off after wasting their it’ll probably kill.
3:15 your were using inf ult the move stuns and fills your ult bar back up. But the more times you use it the faster your ult bar goes down. Hope this helped!
After the hero slayer mastery you should try getting the warp portal moveset, you can get it by killing the namu boss that spawns every 30 minutes in private server and like 5 hours in public, also you get like 13 mastery for killing the namu boss, also the warp portal moveset is luck based after killing the namu, it will give you a 1-7 chance to get it and if you don’t get it you get “+3 pity” which just gives you a higher chance every time you don’t get it, so it goes up by 3 every time you don’t get it.
You should know "Curdle Pierce" has hyper armor meaning you dont stop the move unless the opponent does a move that ragdolls, best time to use it is when someone front dashes since they'll hit you but wont stop the move setting them up perfectly for the attack. Some moves have a little bit of air inbetween them that lets you use the move and it sometimes gets you out of it from the hyper armor
here is a tip if u want to get 100 mastery fast: farming namu in private server (spawn every hour from the start of the server) it gave u 13 mastery and chance of getting warp portal
Interesting Fact #1: Did you know? If you put a wooden spoon on your pot while it's boiling, the pot spoon water will the spill water pot, the boiling pot water steam spoon wood.
3:15 fumblit you didnt understood what indomatable will does because you were using Infinite ult what it does is that it recharges all of your ult bar BUT with every recharge your ult bar starts draining faster
Indomitable will actually gives your more awakening, and also fun fact every time you kill a player indomitable wills cooldown will restart allowing you to somewhat have infinite awakening as long as you kill a player
Hey If you wanna land curdle in a combo you gotta wait a little bit so you swing when they get up. But if you hit the second they get up it will only damage and knock them back. It also has armor so you can punish frontdashs or m1s with it to. Stuff that ragdolls or just grabs will still stop it outright tho
Little tip if you use this moveset again, you can use triple dagger in air and aim it (same goes for sanguine symphony) , kinda like explosive shuriken in tsb
To get the mastery super easily farm namu (spawns every 20-30mins and if u get 1st place u get +13% so i recommend doing it in private server) Ps.u can get warp portal from namu with has a sick ultimate
Quick tip :- you can use ult 3 times mastery quest if you use deku normal and then switch to stain because Deku gives ult so fast. I hope it should help.
The point of the fourth move is that you can't hit it unless you somehow trick the enemy into going into it, this is ofcourse because being able to stun someone to get a free combo extender would be op if it wasn't for this
Give us more heroes battlegrounds videos. Also for the hero slayer mastery. The moveset is really big. Like, the base got 2 movesets in 1 plus 3 type of m1's and a lot of finishers even for m1's if you have the passive or if you hit your enemy with your katana trow. It's just really cool.
We're proud Fumblit *buy lots of emotes they have special emotes you can use after killing someone and some have impact frames and there's a secret character you can get from Namu boss"
Stain tip: If you use curdle pierce or whirlwind pierce too fast after a down slam, it actually won’t register as a hit but it still does the damage but you won’t be able to stun. Instead you should wait a little bit after down slamming before using the move.
You should kill the boss, Namu. He spawns every 30 minutes in private servers, and if you kill him you get 10-13% mastery, by far the most efficient method of getting mastery
For the stun move i recommend that after blackout clutch to try and do a backdash and then use it most of the time if they dont have their evasive or reaction to dodge or block itll hit them
I would recommend farming namu he spawns every 30 mins ( at the bottom of the settings when it reaches 30 mins he will spawn ) and he gives like 10-15 ish mastery per time you kill him
curdle pierce has hyper armor. think of it as a counter but it gets bypassed by just moving away from it or using a grab move when someone uses it. also, i found out you can stack moves with the downslam which i often used with triple dagger throw
if you want to get mastery quickly then afk in a private server on more than 2 accounts till namu spawns, and then you can either kill the namus on your own while hopping between servers on your main account or you can get some friends to help you out with the same process which is something i suggest, but be careful since you have to have the moveset equipped when you kill namu or else you wont get the mastery
Idk if you already know this but if you wait like 30 min in a private a nomu will spawn and killing it with stain will give you 10+ mastery and here's a trick if you use bakugos ult first which is boom boom guy you can do like 75 percent of the nomus health or more than you just switch to stain and do the rest of the damaged that way
Fun fact about Hero slayer ultimate You can counter about everything (though i really only countered deku ult) Another fact you can Block Normal deku Ult the one where he basically drop kicks you
People are probably wondering why hero slayer doesn’t have a different ultimate apart from deku which does have a different ultimate the reason being that hero slayer isn’t a different person from his mastery character deku isn’t but the mastery isn’t just a op character thats different from his first form like hero slayer deku in the show has a different version of himself if you didn’t know which is vigilante deku and that’s his mastery and that is why hero slayer doesn’t have a ultimate I could be wrong and they could make a different ultimate but that is my theory if you read this to the end thanks (:
If u didn't watch the anime the reason they get stunned after the 4th move of stain is because in the anime he has a skill where he can lick someone's blood to paralyze them for a few minutes but can be up to 8 minutes and in the game you lick your blade since there's blood on it (just imagine there is)
you should avoid trying to use comboes that can be ragdoll cancelled unless the enemy doesnt have rc, because dashing is fast in this game, instead use all of the combo extenders then use something that knocks them back to end the combo (i use m1 3x > thousand slashes > dagger > m1 1x > blackout, works all the time, this combo can be extended if the enemy doesnt have rc) for curdle pierce, only use it when you THINK the opponent is about to strike you and do a combo, because they will mostly freeze up attacking you with their combo
Do a vid about this game and the emote that lets u play rock paper scissors. If the player you defeat in rpc is max health they die, but same for you. Good for ending kill streaks
you can give yourself ult and wait in a private server until namu spawns he gives a decent amount of mastery while you wait for namu you can make combos or test moves
FUMBLIT you can get 15% ( i think) mastery if you beat namu, and its easily beaten with the bakugo guy the fire thing which does a LOT of damage in ultimate
You can afk wait in private servers for the boss to spawn and use Bakugo ultimate because its really op and when hes low use stain to gain 17-11 mastery everytime
You can do your Mastery quests in a private server depending on which one you have, ult? One player private, Kill? 2 player private. Tree? One player private.
Easy combo:two m1s then 1st move then 1 m1 then 2ndmove and last m1 then side dash and while they Ragdoll use 3rd move.this is not True combo I hope this helps
Hey Fumblit/Blitfum you should do nomu in a private server it takes 30 minutes to it to spawn the nomu is very hard but i used a glitched to make the boss easier *requires ps+* i know it will say that u cant use ps+ but if you give yourself ult then remove your ult it will give u infinite ult *it only works with normal deku and stain* but im not sure if they fixed it or not.
you can farm nomu boss for better % you can farm them in ps and also you just need to beet around 12-13 nomu and you max out the mastery bar (ifarm nomu so i know)
If you want to get mastery faster just go to your private server and then go to your character and go to like namu that's a boss that gives you a secret character but also gives you mastery a lot of mastery way more than the quest giver
I think the best way to farm mastery is by killing the nomu boss in a private server simce beating him give 13% mastery and doing the activate ult 3 times and destroy 5 tress since you can use the private server comands to do them very quickly. Atleast thats how i got him quickly
