Thanks for the tips. I know the editing is a pain. It takes me forever to get one done. Now I just need time off work to get some fishing in. I also found talking to people in live streams helps grow your channel.

Justin's Fishin Fetish editing is so crucial but soooooo time consuming if you really get into it! I didnt do much to this video just cut out some of the dead space. And it till took me about 10 hours(not counting the graphics the music and cues) some guys will put as much as 40 to 50 hours into editing some of thier videos. Then theres the rendering, exporting, and uploading after! But when you're done it feels really good to see what you have done. Great input!

GOOD TIMES OUTDOORS yes it sure does! Interacting on other channels helps you grow too. Not to self promote but just to offer advice like you guys are doing here it offers people to check others out as well! Good tip!

Good tips. I'm slowly growing. Just have to keep posting and trying to improve the quality one video at a time. I try to get new shots or angles that are unique as well. I also don't claim to be a pro or know everything. I learn just as much from others on here just like everyone else. AND BE YOURSELF!

Great video with great advice. You’re right, you have to just start because you are going to learn and adapt every time you produce a video. Watch other people’s videos and learn from more successful channels. Watch how to videos. Network network network, RU-vid is a giant community with a lot of resources, utilize them. Listen to feedback. And most importantly, and the rule that we try to follow most is produce videos that you yourself would want to sit down and watch. Thanks for sharing!

Well said!! Theres always something new to learn, and one of those tips are probably my favorite. Make something that you will enjoy watching. Because if you qont sit though it. Chances are others wont wither. Great advice!

Great video Tim! Good info. Collaborating with other channels can also up the sub count, although I can't seem to get off work regularly enough to apply that concept. Lol.

Whiskertime Fishing collabs are awesome! I havent got to do many myself, but dont shoot for the biggest channels in your category right off the bat start with others smaller amd eventually bigger channels will definately work with you too! Great advice!

your right ive had ppl send messeges saying i subbed sub me back which is crazy to me lol. i love fishing whether im catching or missing . its showing trip to trip experiences that one day when your old grandaddy you can go back and enjoy those good times all over again. So know why you doing what your doing, if its for money your doing it for the wrong reason already. good vid Stix

You have to niche down. Don't be broad. Find you a nice little corner. Something catchy like Crushing Crappie. People who watch ur channel know exactly what they get. Crappie fishing😎😎 Bankpole Joe, whatcha gonna get. Bankpole action😁 Tight lines bro🎣

good tip! sticking with a niche is an ecxellent way to grow. it seems counter intuitive, but when you target a certain area, and certain audience, then you wil have better audience retention watch time, interaction and views. to have a higher percentage of a small crowd is always better than a small percentage of a gigantic crowd. great tip!
