Folsom is awesome. Unlike the bigger cities around Sac. It has a distinctive charm..nature all over the city yet it’s also modern and upbeat . Lots of biking, hiking trails that connect all over the city. And of course , the lake and American River so you can paddle board, kayak, jet ski, wake board, ride your boats. And fish. And yes schools are in the top rating. Small town charm with big city amenities. Folsom ❤

Too much money for a house where it’s so close together. When you open your window. You can just reach over to your neighbor house and grab something!!
