I just did something at work that made me quite stressed (not a bad thing and the thing went fine, but stressed none the less) and you saying 'you are doing better than you think' literally made me nearly cry. Thank you for sharing that.
I love how relaxed and relatable your videos are. I'm also a 26 year old writer who live alone, am single (hopefully I'm not making the wrong assumption that you are) love the outdoors. Watching your videos is always so cozy and often motivates me to keep working on my own writing. Keep up the great work Sarah!
I think you are very brave to even go on hikes on your own, but it can be scarry sometimes, so what ever works for you to keep you calm is a growing experience for you and thank you for sharing it, and inpiring others, like myself, to try new things and get out of my cpmfort zone👏👏👏very proud of you love🧡🧡🧡
Can't tell you how much the hiking segment resonated with me. I follow for the writing content but was grateful to see the honesty of your experience with anxiety. Inspired with how you managed to push through even when you wanted to back out. Thank you. And keep it up.
Good morning, Sara and happy Friday! I hope your arm is doing okay after seeing the doctor that day? The view from your hike looked amazing and curious if you take allergy medicine? Anyway, have a lovely day and hope you're able to get some writing\editing done today. Have a great weekend! ❤
I take over the counter allergy meds because apparently it's supposed to help with sleep too by lowering your allergen load so your body is processing less so I do take them often :). And I've already done some editing today! Have a great weekend :)
@@SaraLubratt I understand with having the same issue myself since I have allergies and asthma. And that is great to hear with getting some editing done and thank you as well. ❤
Most writers are runners which I learned lately. I've been running for years. You can start with just 5k and grow from there. The endorphin during a run will also give you great ideas for your writing sessions. Don't run a marathon right away though. You'll quit after that run if you're not used to it.
I had this on while driving and I was just listening to it I promise but I parked at the bank for an errand but I got sucked into the drama of you walking through the weeds and getting scared about snakes. I got really tense because I could see the fear on your face and it was at that peak of tension that the teller came on the loud speaker and asked if I needed anything. If I hadn't had my seat belt on I probably would have knocked myself unconscious against the ceiling of my vehicle because I jumped so hard. Then she asked if I was okay and what was wrong and through my laughing said something about snakes. Loved your video as always but maybe I should start wearing some sort of protective gear just to be safe😂😂😂
Tip for the plant, maybe rotate it so the long lead is leaning against a wall? Looks like you have a lot of light so it could probably still photosynthesize from ambient light
@@SaraLubratt a PT gave me some exercises for strengthening the support muscles, but another PT noticed that my other joints have hyper extention too, so it might be a syndrome. They can't really start testing until I give birth since pregnancy changes the body soooo much.
Just like it's insane to keep NaNoWriMo the same month as a FOUR-DAY, FAMILY _AND_ FRIENDS holiday, I'm also not going to do any NaNo anything the same month as a FOUR-DAY Comic-Con _AND_ A three-to-FIVE DAY July 4 weekend...
