Yeah I used to love my ford bronco sport. I got one of the first ones in 2021. Outer banks Cactus grey. I’ve never had a ford before and I have also never had so many issues with a car before and I’ve had OLD vehicles… ignoring the several recalls on it, my AC keeps going out and now I’m in the middle of the summer driving in the unbearable heat bc of this and I have kiddo mind you. Oh also my breaks have been making noises for almost two years now and I have had nightmares about my collision manager going off and scaring the crap out of me because goes off when NO ONE is around. I go on regular check ups, take care of her well and get these things “fixed” but nothing changes.

Could you imagine still having to drive to a gas station when 99% of the time it's just your daily commute and you can wake up with 100% charge (LFP) every morning?
Purchased a new 2003 mercury mountaineer that I loved but it got up to 250,000 miles, still looked and drove wonderfully, but was having an issue with the engine control module so ended up selling it outright. Now have a 2010 Lincoln MKX, which I also love, it has 107,000 miles on it but I really would like a compact plug-in electric hybrid all-wheel-drive pick up. I’m going to wait until someone builds what I want and buy from that manufacturer. Will likely be either Honda or Toyota.
Build an all electric plugin hybrid with a small combustion engine generator! By by range anxiety and hello 5 - 6 hundred mile range. They will sell like hot cakes!
Had a 2003 mountaineer I bought new and loved it but finally decided to sell it at 250,000 miles because of issues with the engine control module (computer). Now have a 2010 Lincoln MKX that I completely LOVE but thinking would like a compact pickup plug in hybrid with all the safety features. Ordered and went to purchase a 2024 maverick but dealer wouldn’t give me anything for our 2018 GLA250 with 7,000 miles on it so told them the could sell the maverick to someone else and got my $1000.00 deposit returned. Pretty sure that was the dealership’s plan all along. Plus it wasn’t a hybrid, so will wait for someone to build what I want and buy from that manufacturer (likely will be Honda or Toyota)
How about water powered? Oh, ya, the guy who invented and patented water power engine died when he was a security guard at the Buffalo grocery store mass shooting.
Ford needs to concentrate on building well build, reliable, gas powered vehicles that people can afford. Why are they still building EVs that no one wants and losing tons of money doing it?? The majority of Americans well built gas powered cars not EVs. Wake up Ford
I think they could of tried to compete with what other companies are doing with v8 crossover suvs but they missed the mark and did electric. They go and name the thing mustang but only offer it as battery powered, I think they messed up. I was willing to accept a mustang style suv to compete with everyone elses v8 machines but yeah not this.
@@Slay_No_More I mean they could at least try to make people feel like they didn't lose much. Like 2024 Dodge Charger Daytona, will look and sound like its previous muscle car models while being fully electric. While having up to 600+ horsepower.
At the end of 2020 I bought a 2020 Ford Fusion. 3 years later it needed a whole new transmission (covered by warranty) but I had to get a rental car while it was broken. They can’t give a loaner vehicle until it’s being serviced, but had a 2 month wait. I was out hundreds of dollars. Also the clear coat on the hood started peeling and now is almost completely gone so I have to get that done myself since the warranty on the paint job was up. The paint job was poorly done. Now my ac clutch isn’t working and have to rent another car for my long commute to work in 100 degree weather in humid south Louisiana. My backup camera also wigs out and just comes on while driving for no reason. I have NEVER had a car with this many issues. I feel I was sold a lemon. I will never buy Ford again.
