I had really bad sickness with my little boy, I literally couldn’t eat anything no matter what it was it came straight back out again, I ended up in hospital because of it on a drip etc, I was put on tablets in the end but they didn’t really do much, I don’t really have much to help as nothing helped me but make sure you’re staying hydrated and try dry foods (toast with no or very little butter, dry biscuits etc) or foods that don’t smell like much, hope it gets better for you! I had terrible morning sickness too, I had to take nearly 2 months off work because I could barely eat / drink anything and couldn’t get up. I found drinking water on an empty stomach didn’t help, you need to take it easy - avoid strong smells and eat whatever you can stomach. I tried anti sickness tablets but they didn’t help, I was able to eat a bit of fruit and thinks that what helped get me through it. Please remember it’s only temporary xx
