There is enough space to put a walk in in the bedrooms Enough space for walk in pantry in the kitchen Enough space for linen cabinets instead of the bathroom size or mini sauna. I am a big fan of big and practical rooms

Happy for you that you are investing in a house. The plan is nice but the proportion of the rooms are mmmmmm. The kitchen set up is nice from a designers side but too big to be practical I like big rooms but mmmmm this is too much But the size you showed of the videos that inspired you are very nice
