You can spray florentine with waterproofing spray! The kind you get to water/snow proof boots works great to prevent water marks. I also carry my satchel as a short shoulder bag using a carabiner. Thanks for another great D&B video! ❤

Beautiful bags! Re the coating on Florentine bags, the oils in the leather mix with our natural oils & lotions to create a patina that acts as a coating. To me, that's the joy of Florentine. It's the feel of all natural, untreated leather. After awhile even light colored Florentine is less sensitive. Re stuffing bags, I learned on RU-vid to stuff with the dust bag. I agree with getting more excited over the bag than accessory. I don't care about matching my bag with a wallet. So I don't have many accessories. Wowza you have lots of accessories. Ok girl, I love the D&B satchel in the burgundy color.......that is the one D&B bag that I want. I think in the natural color. I know that is a heavy bag. So I think the mini would be good. TFS

Great video, Ivana! Reminds me a little of the videos you used to do in the bedroom of your old house. Those were always fun! I’m with you about wanting to spend my money on an actual bag rather than an accessory. Though I gotta say, I did order a few kiss lock and medium zip pouches after watching Dawn’s videos on Dawn’s Life After 50 channel. But, both orders are stuck sitting in my local UPS warehouse for over a week now so I had to open an investigation. I hope they find them two orders are “lost”. I’m not typically a Saffiano leather gal, but I love that oyster saffiano hobo you have. What a gorgeous bag. I think the caramel color in the pebbled leather is probably my favorite too. And, last but not least, I wholeheartedly agree with everything you said about the Florentine leather satchels. I have three and for me they aren’t the most user friendly bags to carry. I recently ordered it in the nano, and zebra print, thinking that might help, but it didn't. It's such a beautiful design! I need Dooney to make the nano in coated cotton. Personally from everything you shown I just have a large kisslock purse (in brown tomorrow pebbled) and my fav the Satchel (have 3 🙈 a small in red and a large black both in Florentine and a black and tan pebbled) agree, it's not easy to wear but I just love them 😍 For me the easiest to wear it's the Dylan (have 3 as well 😬 red Ostrich, pebbled Elephant and black Florentine) Think my next purchase when I find it 😅 it will be a Smith satchel (I love big bags since I carry everything but the kitchen sink😂😂😂)

Thank you! I got that strap at the Dooney outlet store a few years ago. I don’t know if they still have them but you could give them a call at one location. They can check other locations for you and then you can call and place a phone order. Also Portland Leather goods has similar straps on their website in different colors. I hope you find one.
