Appreciate your message! Thanks so much. Yeah, Isratech usually has the Plastic Mulch in stock. The numbers I have for them are: 876-383-9164, 876-816-2628. All the best on your farming venture!
So many thoughts here. First, I'm thoroughly impressed by the clearing. How long did that take you? Also, wth are loquats? I've never heard of that. Last, you should try the gas container trick on the wasps. I'd be curious to see if that actually works.
The pulling up and dumping took 2 days.. some of those trees' roots were enormous. I did get some help though, 'cause my back was not happy with me.. lol
Yeah, I had no idea about loquats until I received the plant ~3 years ago. It's juicy, sweet and tangy.. has a single seed, and the skin is edible.. some countries call it the Japanese Plum. Definitely now one of my favorite fruits.
I saw the gas container trick for getting rid of wasps... but I'm terrified that I'll need to drop the cup of gas in fright, should one somehow not get trapped, and comes after me.... lol
I've heard that people use pins to hold the Plastic Mulch in place, but I find that burying the edges in dirt works best for me. For Landscape Fabric though, I use pins.
There's a variety.. It's dependent on the crop as well as the stage of the crop. The only sure thing is that it must be either liquid or soluble, so it's diluted properly before leaving the tank/drum to go into the drip lines..
@abdan8545 I glanced your comment on my recent video but I can’t find it anymore. To clean my drip lines I use Phosphoric Acid then Hydrogen Peroxide… but those treatments are used while no crop is in the ground. Then I wait about 4 weeks before planting. While there’s a crop in the ground I’ve never attempted cleaning, except to flush each line with water.. but this week I’m actually in need of cleaning some of them, and what has been recommended to me is Molasses, at a dose of 2 Liters to 50 gallons of water.
