FWIW, lots of ancient (as well as medieval and Renaissance) Roman buildings use tuff. One Renaissance example is the facade and colonnade of St. Peter’s Basilica. If not for this building, it may be an option for others if you keep doing Greco-Roman builds.

Was thinking about the Parthenon too. I thought of the Haja-Sophia or the Coliseum, but the color schemes are different. It would definitely something Greek/Roman though.

At first I thought Il Colosseo, but it's pretty round, and your footprint is more of a rectangle. So I'm going with Temple of Zeus (which is, uh, Greek, now that I think about it). Although you should know that ancient Roman ruins are only white because they've been bleached by the sun for thousands of years. They were originally pretty colorful. Still mostly white because they're made of marble, but maybe work some terracotta in around the edges?

i'm thinking it's either " the Storage Colosseum" where inside you could have a statue of atlas holding a globe and make the spawner an integrated part of it as an XP farm OR the " mega Storage Pantheon" where you could display patreon name for posterity and have your head collection displayed on the second floor

My guess is that you are going to try to recreate St Pauls Cathedral. I say that because I think it would match what you have in mind the best. Also trying to put a "Wattles" twist on it which is always amazingly awesome to see what you come up with. Thanks for the video today I really needed it. In any survival world I have, I always carry an Ender Chest filled will Shulker boxes, it allows you to have 700+ more spaces.

I think you'll be build some sort of Greek Temple with pillars, like the Pantheon or the Temple of Jupiter or the Temple of Zeus on Mount Olympus.

Hey Wattles. When you finish the survival series could you possibly share the world file? It would really be helpful to see the builds up close and learn from them. At least I would like to, since I'm a noob at building things and I just wanna see how things were created and the shapes and such.

I know this is unrelated but you were the first RU-vidr I thought to ask to test this but do you think skulk penetrates downward onto blocks? If you had a classic falling mob farm with the sculk block chamber under it filled with dirt surrounded in a block it can't penetrate will that not be a afk viable XP form?

If you feel that you would like some more historical accuracy to your build, considering that you are getting inspiration from the classical world, try to get there some colour. The ancient world was surprisingly polychromic.

Just get a mason villager and set up a emerald farm. Max level sells 1 quartz block for 1 emerald

You're not the only person who ran into a spawner while making a build. I came across a spider spawner while building a railroad yesterday. The actual spawner is directly underneath the block the rail is sitting on. This is a shame as it the only spider spawner I know of that is close to my main base. I can still convert it, but ehhhh, it would be low quality.

Don't mason villagers sell quartz blocks? If he was doing an insane redstone project, I could see mining that much, but I feel like villagers would be faster.

This build should be the Roman Colosseum, for yoru storage and put the zombie spawner into the build to fight "xp Farm" as part of the build. That way it is a combo build? Big Moves.
