Starting the 1962 Dodge D200! 318 Poly 3 speed! 

I.had.a 64.slant engine..back.in.1990

Liked the 68 better. But still a good looking truck it's the grill on those the old poly 318 dam good engine

OH my gosh. 1962 ?? 😁. I was less than a year old. Too bad years later my brain wasn't engaged in making right choices.

I had my eye on a more heavy duty version for many years. It was only recently that I got the chance to see it up close. It was sadly a basket case rotted with car cancer. Had very few salvageable parts, with the owner, who was living in the US, still to collect them to have sent back home. It did have the slant six.

The starter has sound the same for the last 60 years

I’m keeping my eye on this on Facebook right now! I have a gtx seadoo I’m putting a new engine in right now and hoping to get it sold and be able to pick up a street truck. This just happens to be en eye catcher of mine.
