The Settler Apogean card is much better btw. You get 2x production. Allowing you to make 4 buttons for 1 ingot. Then reclaim 4 ingots. You will also produce double the parts in the process in the video. But it does need to be the apogean version from the ascended realms.
True. Found out about the Settler Apogean card, thought that relies on one getting it as a lucky drop, or being high enough to buy the recipe in an Ascendent realm trader.
x1.5 is enough bonus: without bonus you can craft 1ingot -> 2Buttons-> 1Ingot. Every Bonus gives you more than you startet with, you just have to craft more at once. with 1.5x Bonus: 2Ingots->6Buttons->3Ingots
I was wondering if this was an exploited glitch. I guess it would be good for people who really just want to power through combat and not focus on it. But so far, combat already seems fairly easy in this game to me. I'm in normal mode and don't really consider myself all that great at 3D/FPS combat. Maybe I should have gone for hard mode.
@dfunkmale it is in fact an exploit. I know of it but never used it myself. There are a lot of unintended crafting glitches in the game that are being exploited.
@@starbucklone Such is the nature of an early access game. So many people are treating it like the final product when it's still a diamond in the rough. I'm sure it'll get ironed out in time. In the meantime, I don't see all that much harm in it since it's not really a competitive game.
I can see it kind of being an exploit but also not really. Blacksmithing specially for weapons takes metal of x strength and increases it through various techniques to make a superior item. For example creating 400 layers of Damascus steel sword.
I haven't tested out for wood yet, but I assume it's a similar process, wherein you reclaim wood, just like we did for metal. When I get a chance to test, I will make a follow up video.
It goes higher than 270 but it does not show in the bar information. My advice is to not go over the 270 mark, the reason being that for each stacking done, the weight of the metal also increases which is not shown in the UI. Anything past 270 gets ridiculously heavy.
If you are referring to a device teardown, wherein the device is taken apart, unfortunately, I will not be doing that. There are larger content creators who can comfortably shoulder the financial loss of a teardown voiding their device warranty. If that is the type of content you are looking for, I would suggest seeking those kinds of creators out. A quick search should give you the results you are looking for.
The intended mechanic is to use different materials with various stats to craft components with desirable stats, which is then used to craft weapons/tool/armor. The game's crafting system is quite literally designed around this feature. The surprisingly unforeseen issue from the Devs is not placing a ceiling/cap, for crafting components with the same item repeatedly.
Heavily debated on Steam discussions, never did it and suspect with 99% certainty that it will be changed with a patch. I just don´t have the patience, not much of a grinder. But people been one shooting bosses and this is probably the method they used to craft very OP weapons. PS: Went back to the game and had some 250 pursuit ingots lying around ... that allowed me to do 2 x .. from 25% damage to 100% ... it did lower the level of the gun but went from about 1000 to 1800 damage. So the OP guns people are talking about must be made by some folks with A LOT of patience and time on their hand.
