Dealing with missing value is not so simple. Have you run MCAR test? What missing value method have you used? How did you justified to use it? Your approach is incomplete.
Thank you for your comment. I mention in this video that this is just one approach. Further, I also mention that you need to adjust the method to your own research. I usually run this method in applied economics where missing values are dropped. Of course, different research needs different treatments. Sometimes you cannot drop missing values i.e. lab experiment in which a missing values is an indicator for non responsive. Thank you
