Indeed Adv Sikhakhane is brilliant indeed SA produces some of the best legal minds but from my point of view I think he is raising ethical issues and of course am no legal person but these to me seems ethical issues. And doing this all these narratives should have been taken up through cross examination, where were they, I wouldn't recuse myself for people who failed to take the opportunity to cross examine witnesses and put their narrative forward, why should I. They rather go for STALEMATE if needs be.

You cannot claim a bias when you have not presented your side of the story. You need to present evidence that disproves what has been alleged against you before. Non attendance disqualifies a presumptive claim of bias by a witness to a commission.

Ay Sikhakhane, everyone sees this country on its knees, so we need bold and brave people to tell South Africa what happened. How can you now ridicule them for coming forward??
This entire thing is completely bias. There's corruption in other countries and well. This does not consider the fact that they couldn't get everyone who was involved that was outside of the country it inside. How can a decision be fairly made when they can't get everyone involved and he has to ask the public that anyone who could help go to the commission? The people that came can be skewed on one side.
