Former SARS commissioner, Tom Moyane is cross-examining Public Enterprises Minister, Pravin Gordhan, at the Commission of Inquiry into State Capture. The focus of the questioning has not been revealed - but the inquiry gave Moyane permission to question Gordhan after he earlier testified that Moyane laid a criminal complaint against him to advance his own interests.
