State Comptroller DiNapoli’s Caribbean Heritage Month Celebration FULL VIDEO 

State Comptroller DiNapoli held the office’s 10th annual Caribbean Heritage Month celebration at the Flatbush Central Caribbean Market in Brooklyn where he recognized four important members of the local Caribbean community. The state comptroller was joined by Rep. Yvette Clarke and New York City Public Advocate Jumaane Williams, among many others.
