The green custom f350 shortie is called a bob tail. They are military airfield vehicles used for towing AGE(aerospace ground equipment). Things like generators for aircraft, stands, fuel bowsers, and smaller aircraft etc. We still use them in the military today except they are newer models. They never leave the airfield which is why they say not intended for highway use, and have pretty much no miles on them. Also if you try and take one on a highway you would kill yourself because they are extremely unstable at high speeds.
