It’s really disappointing to see RBL 1st overseas outlet ended up like this. This CEO can’t even answer simple questions and keep lying and denying his fault.
I feel sorry for him too. This unfortunately does happen when doing business. I guess he will either take a loss or see whatever amount he can get back. It sucks HORRIBLE because of the money from investors, but he doesn't seem to have a bad rep, since he has success with 39 other stores, let alone the other businesses he has going on, period, so he will be ok just hits really hard to lose SO much money like that.
@@Harumoto.Mahuyu your last sentence is pretty racist. Whats wrong with being 'malaysian'? Its the fault of individuals not because of influenced from other culture. Theres countless of Malaysian malls and businesses that are successful. You shouldn't take your racist mindset here if you want to do business in Malaysia.
Good location is not picked based on what building it’s near. It has to be near the community you are attracting, the marketing and everything should be planned out in KL. There are more professionals in Malaysia that can show a better location and I also think, better marketing, not only to Japanese in Malaysia, but to more people, especially when the Japanese in Malaysia is already accustomed to Malaysia and we have good hair removal salons here. As a Malaysian living in KL, Hopefully things will get better for you soon
